Very uncomfortable as the employees seemed to be on drugs........ took 40 minutes to get 1 sub and I was the only one in the restaurant. Austin was my submaker, Dec 1st, 7 pm. he NEEDS TO BE FIRED nodding off during work and very rude. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely ridiculous experience tonight at Subway. There was only one worker who has only been an employee for a week running the whole store. Employee had over (big) 5 online orders and 6 customers in store waiting to order. Another employee was not even scheduled until 6pm. Great food here. Friendly staff, great timely service. I don't get extra meat or extra cheese or extra toppings. And yet it has become a bit too pricey for what I usually get. Walked in, no acknowledgment at all. Waited for server to finish an online order…then the lady in front of us. At this point, been in for 20 minutes with two small children, one autistic. Finally our turn comes up and in walks a large group of people. DoorDash order, so instead of helping the people who had been IN THE STORE for more than 20 minutes…they take the DoorDash first. I’m livid. We walked out. Terrible terrible customer service.
