Placed online order before work just to get a sandwich with slice cheese that was tore into many pieces and sprinkled over sandwiches and when I called and complained the employee Wendy was rude and said that’s how they’re cheese is right now before hanging up on me so instead of getting new product they’re just serving custs bad product. Didn’t bother to go get a refund to keep from having an altercation with a rude unprofessional employee. Wish I could give no stars Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Great food here. Friendly staff, great timely service. I don't get extra meat or extra cheese or extra toppings. And yet it has become a bit too pricey for what I usually get. Absolutely ridiculous experience tonight at Subway. There was only one worker who has only been an employee for a week running the whole store. Employee had over (big) 5 online orders and 6 customers in store waiting to order. Another employee was not even scheduled until 6pm. Walked in, no acknowledgment at all. Waited for server to finish an online order…then the lady in front of us. At this point, been in for 20 minutes with two small children, one autistic. Finally our turn comes up and in walks a large group of people. DoorDash order, so instead of helping the people who had been IN THE STORE for more than 20 minutes…they take the DoorDash first. I’m livid. We walked out. Terrible terrible customer service.
