Nothing like a clinically depressed person making your sandwich. The sandwich came out great as usual, but maybe they need some meds. Update: today when I came in they were smiling. Nice folks today. I will never come back here all the employees have the worst attitude and the vegetables definitely are old. They are very little with there portions. They throw the vegetables on the sub and my tomato fell out on the counter he picked up and tried to put it back in my sub and i stopped him like what are doing I don’t want that after it hit your counter. This is disgusting 🤢 I’m afraid to even eat this if you pick up vegetables off the counter and put it back in the bin.

The lady here has the worst attitude and the vegetables look so old ! Wen I ask for less jam she gave me an attitude and dint even do my order right . The vegetables had bugs ! You can see how old the vegetables look . Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We placed a large order for delivery to our church. We visited the store and found it to be spotless and the workers friendly. Alba took care of our order, made sure it was delivered on time and even provided a special treat. We will be back and will continue to share our experience with others. So…I was attempting to order through the app, but they did NOT have the sandwich/options my daughter wanted on the app so I had to call in our order. When I called I told the lady that I tried to order through app but the sandwich we wanted wasn’t an option on the app. She said “There is nothing wrong with the app!”. Then I just told her that I’d appreciate it if she could take my order via phone and my husband will pick up. She reluctantly started taking our order…two sandwiches in she sighed and said “Hold on, I have two customers to help!”. Put me on eternal hold and then came back as I was ordering my last sandwich she said “The app is working now, it must be your phone!”. I continued to explain to her that the app was working fine, however, it did not have the sandwich we wanted on the app. Anyways, she finally finished taking our order. As she was taking our order via telephone, my husband was in the store placing his order and she was complaining about me calling in the order to him, not knowing she was talking about his wife. My husband asked her if the order was ready yet and she said “No, I have to take care of customers first”. We will never be back. What a rude and incompetent person.

The current manager at this store is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She consistently gets my order wrong and openly speaks ill of me to myself and her co-workers with each visit. I will not be eating here again and do advise that others not waste their time coming here for the blatant customer mistreatment and subpar service.

Sick and couldn't go out so I ordered through doordash. I ordered a salad and added spinach....they didn't give me any lettuce. I called in and the guy said he assumed I didn't want it...I told him I would have included that in the special instructions. I asked what my options were he stated that he didn't know since I couldn't come up there to get my replacement lettuce...that goes in salad. Not very happy with a mostly meat salad right about now....
