If you feel hungry after visiting Historic Town Center Park, have a meal at this restaurant. Clients don't highly appreciate meat sandwiches at SUBWAY. A lot of guests point out that employees are courteous at this place. Visitors mention that the service is cool here. But people rate this place below average on Google.

cute and lovely, gave me and my sister free cookie. Also made a fun and happy conversation while making my sandwich! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I mean the pictures aren't what you get but buying the Beast that was advertised with plenty of meats and what I got was total cheat. Nobody likes to get cheated. My partner felt the same with his. Avoid at all cost. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrific experience. Employees were rude they took no pride in their work. they threw something together call it a sandwich, I wouldn't feed it to my dog. The owner-manager is in there sitting on the counter. Other employees leaning over on the counter with their bodies. And then there's sneezing and coughing while making food and they don't even wash their hands again

The two guys do not listen to do whats the customer requests . I want to toast the bread but he said he put the turkey then he dont toast the bread for me . Their attitude do bad , not Happy to do for me. I will not com back.
Terrible manager! Do not order from this restaurant. My husband was working late, and on the way home from picking him up we ordered sandwiches on the subway website. Unbeknowst to us there was an issue with the subway website and it said we actually placed the order for immediate pick up a whole 24 hours later. If it had been our error and we placed for the wrong day we would have taken full responsibility. Instead the website thought it was tomorrow already and confirmed our order. The woman working the counter was very nice and took a picture of our order to send her manager who was out of the restaurant. The manager refused to awknowledge the error on their end or make the sandwiches. She told us to cancel the order, but because the website thinks it’s all happening in real time and isn’t a future order we can’t cancel the order. Being 8:00 at night, me being an uncomfortable 7 months pregnant, and our 2 year old sleeping in the backseat, we decided to just order and pay for new sandwiches and chips. We paid $40 for a veggie sandwich and a meatball sub. When I called today to speak with the manager, of course she still wasn’t available to speak. Totally rude and unacceptable customer service. How much sweat off their back would it have been to make the sandwiches anyway. We paid for them! The manager basically told us tough break, sucks to be you. I’m beyond angry. Of course the subway contact us link on the website leads to form to fill out and not a phone number.
This park has all the amenities and it’s very convenient. It is really close to the five freeway and right across from the shopping center. They have a water feature and plenty of levels to play on. The restrooms are also very close and clean. This is a great park for kids of all ages and all needs.
Understaffed, would have been better if they didn't send their employees to lunch during the lunch rush. Only one sandwich maker with a line of people (6 people) and the other employee was sitting there at one of the tables having lunch. Don't get me wrong, our sandwiches were good and we were the front of the line, but I have been at the back of the line and that sucks waiting.

Don't come to this restaurant, very bad experience. I ordered sweet onion chicken teriyaki and was only given a piece of meat, and the clerk had a very bad attitude.
If you like customer service drive across the freeway to the other Subway. This one is the worst. I've been here 3 times and all 3 times it has been horrible. The last time I just left after being ignored with nobody in line and employees talking and laughing in back.
Most of us love a really good sandwich, and you can make a very good sandwich at Subway. Yes, they put it together for you, but it's good because you choose what you want on it. Lots of meat, cheese and veggie options. If you prefer no meat or cheese, you can have them make you a veggie sandwich. Service at the San Juan location is usually fast and friendly. Only once have I gotten a sandwich and thought the bread was a little past it's prime. One of my comfort food sandwiches - the cold cut combo with cheese, then, in this order - lots of olives, then onions, pepperochinis, tomatoes, and lots of lettuce topped with a double shot of oil and vinegar. Kind of a sandwich and salad combo. 😁 They'll put your sandwich together with what you want and the way you want it. You can even have it toasted. Lots of bread choices including wraps, or have your sandwich turned into a salad. Soup, chips and drinks are available. Parking close might be tough. Handicapped parking is available and the store can accommodate wheelchairs. Bottom line - I eat here a few times a month. I like Subway. Fresh ingredients, you can have your meal made your way, sides if you want them. They're usually fast enough, but if there are lots of people be patient. It takes a minute to make a good sandwich. 😁
