So, we got 2 subs and 4 cookies. The subs was amazing. The bot who made them super nice and did awesome. However, the cookies had hair through them. You REALLY should be wearing hair nets when working with food. A girl with dark brown medium/long hair walked up from the back with no hair net and no gloves touching all the food containers. I'm assuming it was her hair. There was only 2 people working that we could see. And the hair on our cookies was dark and longer. Do better people. Where hair nets, hats AND gloves. Not the bare minimum. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

I went in to pickup my online order and I mentioned that the Fanta orange was out, I got a different soda not really worried about it just wanted to let them know and got major attitude about it. I went back in to get 2 straws and everyone wanted to glare at me. I said I’m getting straws, don’t worry. An employee says “what you talkin to me” and started a huge argument over some soda and straws. I called management and they did nothing. I will not spend another dollar at this place. Classic disrespectful young staff, they don’t even know how to make the sandwiches. They don’t want you in there, will most likely greet you with judgmental eyes and will act irritated if you don’t order immediately and swiftly. Sad… I came here all the time as a kid but I will never come back. Gave this place 3 chances now in the past month and it’s the same everytime. I tried to avoid interaction by ordering online and of course they made the sandwich wrong and acted like it was my fault when I came back. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is one of the better Subway's I've been too. I think since its a local spot so they need to have consistant quality because they depend on repeat business. Roadside Subway's along the highways are not worth going too.

We ordered on line and it was ready just as we entered. The lady preparing the sandwiches was wonderful as always. Very efficient & service with a smile. We were here as our experience at the Bowman Rd shop left a lot to be desired. The food was good & as ordered. We like this SUBWAY. Same owner as these 2+ the Wal Mart shop. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

My Spanish mother went today and she called me to be able to make the order in English. Kasie or Cassie was there and she was extremely rude. I asked her what was the sub being advertised on tv and she rudely replied she does not watch tv. Then she proceeded to yell at my mother and when my mother asked for the supervisor kasie said she was it. Super rude to my elder not Spanish speaking mom. This place should be ashamed to have someone like that working there.

I eat here all the time and I gotta say the person that normally makes my subs is an amazing employee. And overall their staff is great, helpful and friendly especially the manager. This manager really runs a shop well.

Had a meal coupon from Subway to use. I will say the WORST SERVICE ever. Charged me for my soda even it was included on the coupon. After this I don't think I will ever return. Also telling g friends about it Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
