We when in late about an hour before they closedthe staff was still friendly. They where cleaning up and the whole restaurant was spotless. I was super impressed with the cleanliness. The sandwiches where made to Subway standards and tasted great. No complaints at all. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

If only zero Stars was an option! This store refused to give me customer service phone number and and yelled at me disrespectfully on the phone telling me that she made it how I ordered it. These pictures say it all!! I filed a complaint online with corporate and will update y'all with what happens. I have never been more disrespected by a fast food worker in my entire life! Completely unacceptable!!

I came in to get food and the guy that has his name tag on the side of his hat just looked at me and then turned around and walked away and when I said excuse me he turned back toward me and made a grunt sound and then continued to walk away. I'll never come here again as long as he works there. 3x a week customer gone for now. Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

While I was visiting, I stop by subway. I noticed someone touching and moving the oven around. She then proceeded to make my sandwich. At this point I asked her if she could change her gloves and she replied " No" stating that the oven was clean. I walked out as this is unacceptable! Why wouldn't you change your gloves after touching dirty appliances, and refuse to change gloves after I asked?I I will never return to this location again!

Been waits for 45 mins for a online order. “We will start on yours after we take care of everyone inside” smh slowest people at makes sandwiches. I worked at subway for 6 years it doesn’t take this long for ONE SANDWICH!!!!!! Service Take out Meal type Dinner

I go out of my way to the SUBWAY on Palmer Hwy bcz for years they have had the 1-2-punch, Great staff and Great sandwiches. Kevin and George kept things Live and Upbeat, always smiling and starting your sandwich when they see you getting out your car. These guys know their customers so well, you could bypass the line and go straight to the register where your sandwich would be waiting for you. That's GREAT Custom Service. UNFORTUNATELY, management doesn't know when they have a GREAT thing going. They fired Kevin, whom I call SUNSHINE and George left. These guys set the tone and it was always fun bcz they created such a joyous atmosphere. Their gone and all the joy went with them. Pat does a good job but there's no SUNSHINE without Kevin and George. After all these years, I don't go into the store anymore! Good service is more than good. The repore that the staff created with it's customers is just as important as the food. Sad day! B.Hall

Ordered online for curbside pick up. Was supposed to be ready at 5:40pm. I checked in online at 5:38. Waited and called but no answer. I saw both woman looking out the window at me as my car was only about 10 ft from door. They just laughed at me. Finally at 5:05pm, I got out of my car, in my pjs ( dont judge), and had to get my own order!!! Horrible service! Update: Had to return to Subway to have all 3 sandwiches remade. They were made wrong and the toasted ones were ice cold and soggy. That's because they didn't deliver curbside like they were supposed to.

Walked in and the employee was on her phone with her back turned, it took her 3 to 5 minutes to acknowledge me, when she did, she half listen to what I wanted. The worst part was the manager was present and she too didn't greet and acknowledge that there was a new customer. I will not be back.

Food was like any subway! But today I get a message someone used my card at a gas station! Last night was the first time I’ve used that card in over a month! So there might be something shady going on!
