This lady is VERY RUDE!!! I called first and asked to place an order. She rudely replied “ORDER ONLINE” and HUNG UP IN MY FACE!! Then, to add insult to injury, when I DID GET THERE, she INSTANTLY told her coworker, who was about to make my food, that the system was down. This place is HORRIBLE, and she has a VOMITING Attitude!!🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

I agree with the low rating reviews... I have eaten lots of Subway... but this is the worse location I have been to. The two employee who served were not friendly at all. I may have gotten the person -who is the worst of the worsts. She sounded cranky, like she didn't want to be at work. The bread was horribly slit. The meat and cheese were slapped on in a pile... I asked her to please spread it out on bread loaf. She shuffled a couple of pieces around, still piled up. After I was done choosing my selections, she hurrily slapped the buns together. The fillings and condiments oozes out of my bread with hanging vegetables. Went into my car to unwrap to eat... the wrapping paper was soaked through and as soon as I pick up to bite... everything fell out. It was sloppily done. I will not return to this location until they have employees that care about their services, uphold the image and dignity of Subway. Ordered 2 foot long sandwiches to go. Food was pretty good. Place appeared pretty clean. Only 1 staff member was there & this was around 8:30 p.m. Other employee had called in sick. I like subway. Because they are delicious. Today I went to this location. Their service was worse. They didn’t but a effort on making the sandwich. I know that sometimes working on fast food sucks but lord. They were slow.

She squash my sandwich she cut almost to the end of the sandwich when cutting in half and did not put spinach. With bad attitude not even nice. Surprised because I been to a lot of subway horrible service when the give you a smashed sandwich. The taste is nasty and couldn’t enjoy eating it.

Can't say anything about the quality of the food as I didn't have a chance to even buy it. Walked in and waited 15 minutes to finally order my food. The guy making the food asked for help from the other guy (Kevin) working in the back. Immediately, Kevin starts with an unprofessional attitude screaming and cursing at his coworker. As I finally start ordering my food and having my sandwich made, I asked specifically for honey mustard. The guy proceeds to put yellow mustard on my sandwich. When I told him I said "honey mustard", he proceeds to tell me that I said "mustard", essentially calling me a liar. I immediately walked out and plan on never returning to this location. I've been enjoying eating Subway for years. Except at this location because it only takes one person and who ever this person is seems to always serve with an attitude...Just saying whether you own it or work there if you're not there to serve the public then just stay home. Some of the employees at the store are incredibly rude their systems never seem to be working correctly they're always out of basically everything and they just have no disregard for any kind of customer service and want to argue with you when their systems are messed up and try and put the blame on anyone else but themselves and like I get it they don't have any control over the system but they do have control over the way they speak to people and when you are rude from the moment someone walks in it just makes you not want to spend money at the place. Honestly the one on the loop is better and it's not that far away you're better off going to any other Subway location or any of the other restaurants that are nearby because the employees and staff are just so incredibly rude and disrespectful that it's not worth it Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
