Practically nothing put between two pieces of dried crumbly bread. Spoke to franchise owner and she would not do anything to make it better. She did not even apologize for selling an inferior product. I complained to the Subway corporate office. They offered no remedy to the situation. This store does not care about it’s customers. Prices are extremely high at this subway, a $7.10 sandwich is $10.33 here somehow. The young lady that works afternoon was doing absolutely nothing when I walked in and rushed my sandwich like she’s busy. Barely put any chicken, looked like 2/3 of a scoop. Don’t recommend this place

Got to the register and the woman argued for 5 minutes that no coupons could be used in store. THE COUPONS LITERALLY SAID SCAN IN STORE! Then we asked to just pay for the items and the woman started scanning the coupons. Once we clarified they could be used she mixed up all the orders so we could only use one instead of 3. I don’t go to subway often because it’s overpriced for the quality but didn’t mind paying $8.99 for a meal. Out the door $18 for a mediocre sandwich, small drink and a bag of chips. I have had many issues in the past at this location and this experience is just icing on the cake. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Workers are nice but the owner lady always tries to charge you extra. Today they put less meat than usual. They asked if I wanted a little extra and I was like of course cuz it looked way less. Then they charged me $14 for a $9 sandwich.

I have been multiple subways around the Bay Area, and i honestly believe the review system. So I’m gonna have to add one here because this one is super interesting. Here goes… walked in for lunch today and I am not from that area, I usually love going to the Dublin or Pleasanton subway and they have an awesome experience but here in Lafayette, this particular one I found was a scam. I asked the lady about the new menu and she suggested to take the Mexican chicken sandwich. During the preparation, she started putting the chicken in however amounts and then she asked about extra chicken and I said no to it, then when the toppings came I said no lettuce and I want extra tomatoes and olives. So the lady ended up charging me bunch of things on top of my order and she basically somehow got the bill to over 20 for one sandwich. And on top she right away threw the receipt away . When I asked her she threaded it away and she said do you really want it. Anyway The sandwich cost was supposed to be 12 .the lady didn’t even put much veggies. Anyway after I asked she started giving me lecture about cost going up but that’s not advertise though. I suggest please not to go here. It’s a big scam. I really regret not waiting till I get back to Dublin for getting my sub. Horrible horrible experience, sometimes I don’t understand these ppl do these business. This place is so terrible it's kind of comical. The guy serving me was on his phone the entire time and didn't know how to make my sandwich so I had to read the ingredients out to him. They also ran out of a few ingredients and he was swatting flies away from everything. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Teach your staff food handling. Guy puts on gloves and makes like 5 sandwiches, rings up and gives change, gets me cookies with tongs, gives me change, then goes on to the bread and managing the cutting board…all with the same gloves. Yikes. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
