One of the clerks was very rude. I asked for a footlong and a 6" sandwich, and she insisted that my order was 3 sandwiches, until she scuffed and told me "That's what we call it when someone orders a footlong!" I've been to other subways. First I hear about it. I asked for the same thing I always order. The dressing I ask for is always honey mustard. They used a spicy regular mustard. She insisted that is the "new one and it tasted the same." Well, my stomach ulcer said otherwise. I had to throw away the other half. The air conditioner was crazy low. My mother was shivering. 1rst time and last I go there!!! The obnoxious girl that took my order only served 1/3 of it just threw it in a bag...knowing I don't speak Spanish well didn't help...(a tallish girl with big glasses..downtown by the plaza shop) decided to speak real low so I couldn't understand her....never again I don't recommend this place to anyone!!! Especially visitors to the island, like me!!!

Excellent Service and excellent food. Always like to stop by here when I can. The staff is always friendly and knows how to prepare the food better than other Subaway restaurants I've been to.

Very diligent taking orders. The only Subway in the area that always has four employees on the floor on rush hours.

Went there at 10:15 on a Friday and they had their doors shut even though the sign says they are open until 11 PM on Fridays. Unbelievably rude and disrespectful!
