This place is disgusting! Was over charged today by 2 very rude employees. The one employee couldn't get our order right. Mind u there was no other customers in the place at the time. I wanted a wrap, but they have been out of tortillas for 2 days. THEN!!!! after finally getting the sandwich right, the other employee who never uttered a word ripped the sandwich in half with her hands instead of a knife. Then she rudely wrapped it up and slid the sandwich without bagging it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I will never spend another dime there. This place has really gone down hill. Tried calling multiple times to talk with a manager. My last 3 online orders have been incorrect. Last time I ordered at 1215pm for 115pm pickup. When I got there the doors were closed so I had to walk up to the drive through to find out my order hasn't been started. It then took the 1 worker 45 minutes to get 2 sandwiches made. I left without looking at order, drove home 35 mins away to find a complete mess. The only thing that was correct was the meat. So bad I couldn't even eat it. I contacted subway online 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back. I had the Monster Philly, it was pretty good. The service was fine. It took me a minute to decide which table to sit at that was the least dirty. Apparently the patrons should also clean the toilet as the employees do not. There was a ring in the toilet which tells me it hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. There is a scrubber next to the toilet so I cleaned it so the next person had a pleasant bathroom experience. The sink is also dirty. I always check the bathroom at establishments, that tells me whether the kitchen is safe. Hope I don't have the squirts later. It's VERY hard to find good help these days, people who take pride in a job well done. Work ethics is a thing of the past. I was treated extremely rudely at the store by an incompetent red/orange hair girl. First time I have ever used the app, trying to get employee to help me place my order online she refused ,saying she had nothing to do with the app. , by the time I figured it out I placed the order, I let her know the order was paid for and received, she stated she had no order in her system, I showed it to her on my phone where it said paid ,her location and received and she still refused to serve me saying I kept trying to cut in between her customers and asked me to leave the store or she would call police. The staff is friendly and helpful. They took care of our special requested sub sandwich. All's good here! We ate inside because the double meatball foot long sandwich was big and messy. It sure was great eating. We talked about going to subway for the longest time and have the meatball sandwich. Now, I'm seating in Subway and the female staff member was singing, "like a virgin". What more could you ask for. Enjoy your meal at Subway!

I started avoiding this Subway location a couple years ago when they were constantly out of stock of several items. I went back today and not only was the service abysmally slow (took over 15 minutes to be greeted since they were understaffed), but they still had stocking issues. We placed an online order on our way to the beach. When we got there at 1:20 the person working there informed us they were closing due to staff shortage. We explained we had an online order and she said she never got it and left. We checked our email and she lied about not getting it and she had just cancelled it before leaving, an hour after it was placed! Our second bad experience there and will never go back! Typical subway, I knew what I was getting into but chose to give them a chance after abstaining for several years due to the buy one get one free deal. Won't be back. This is my local subway and to be honest it kind of sucks, I eat here all the time and they are all ways slow, for example I did a online order which is supposed to put you at the front of the line but the employees thought it would be a good idea to make a whole party platter before making my 3 sandwiches. You might be thinking Mabye they we’re already making the platter when the order was sent but when we got there they just started it. What’s even worse is my sandwiches were sitting right there no one making them and there were 3 people working. So about 20 minutes later they finished the platter and gave us are sandwiches. We went home to eat them just to find out all of them were wrong. So over all this place is fine if you go inside and order just don’t do an online order.
