Tasty sandwiches may be what you need. The positive aspect of this restaurant is that the staff is courteous. Terrific service is something visitors agree upon here. As many reviewers remark, the atmosphere is pleasant. But Subway is not highly estimated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

The cold cut combo on white was good. The sandwich was made a little sloppy, but it tasted fine. I wanted something healthy, and in Clarksdale that’s hard to find. This was the option I went with. I asked for a cup of water. She said she had to charge me $2.39 for a cup of water. I politely declined her offer. Nobody else was there eating, other than a security guard. Several people were in and out ordering to go. The dining area was clean for the most part. I noticed they had more cameras in there than most banks do. On July 20, 2023 I received service at this restaurant. However, I was denied access to use their restroom. I have a medical condition which, demands that I use restroom very frequently I was told no and that they didn't have a key to open the door which, I thought was untrue becaues how they able to releave themselves. I wanted to use their facility to wash my hands because I did plan to eat my sandwich at the restaurant and use the restroom for personal reasons, I was told that the restroom was off limits to customers and when I explained that I had a medical condition and that I was traveling a great distance when I left their restaurant, they still denied me access and suggested that I should the restroom nextdoor at AutoZone. I felt that this behavior was very unprofessional. I would like retain legal presentation of this issue but not sure if this is the right move or not so, if anyone has any suggestions am open for this as discussion.

The sandwiches and cookies are good, but there’s this employee with such a bad attitude. She’s always on the phone, as you’ve probably seen in other reviews, and acts like she’s mad at you for existing or something and it isn’t the first time. She’s been like this since they were located in the Walmart nearby. If you don’t mind being rushed and mean mugged while you order? Go ahead and order here! Me, though? I just pulled up it's 2pm!!!!!! Female employee tells me she has no BREAD ready.. NO bread. She stated I need to wait 10mins. Sad and ridiculous employees.😡🤬

Just went in to place an order. Girl was standing out from the counter, spoke to me as I walked to the deli. She proceeded too go clean tables, instead of waiting on me. She said I’ll be with you in a minute. So, I’m on my way too work, and I didn’t have time to wait on the tables to be wiped down. There wasn’t anyone else in the building. I told her the customers are supposed to be waited on then she could clean off the tables. She got really defensive and snapped at me, well someone was coming from the back. Supervisors please teach your folks customer service!

Doris and LaDarius were very professional and I have to admit that this is by far the cleanest and most well kept Subway I have been to in quite a long while. This store and the Employees definitely get thumbs up from me. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Asked for a all American club then lady walks away and comes back ask me again then starts making the wrong sandwich, I correct her then she takes half the meat off and then tries to charge me for it and then tries to disagree with me. Terrible service and also cost 17 for a all American seems very high Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

The owners have THE WORST attitude ever. I don't even know how they're able to continue to have this business here. Ask for a bag to carry my cookies out, she tells me she put it in the cookie bag. No, ma'am. I'm going into other stores and don't want to carry 2 bags of cookies, can I PLEASE have a bag of cookies. It really hurt her to give ONE CUSTOMER a bag. Needed to use the restroom and there's an out of order sign on the door. "Ma'am, is this for real or do you not want people to just walk in and use the restroom?" It was a valid question because this Subway is located in a shopping strip. She ignores me and the other employee smiles and looks at her waiting on an answer. So, instead of messing my pants, I just walked in to see for myself. The bathrooms are perfectly fine!!!!! Go figure! Ugh!!! Why do WEEEEE keep giving them our money when they don't value us as a human being. Dogs around her get treated better than us. They will not get another penny from me EVER again.

The employee was walking around talking on the phone about 10 minutes before she ask could she help and was still on the phone talking someone else, then gone tell me the toaster is down. Absolutely poor customer service. What good is having 2 subways and neither one has good service.
