Disgusting!!!! Went in to grab lunch, while waiting for my sandwich to be made the employees were just talking over the ingredients spitting all over the food, they employees were talking about how they were puking over the weekend loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear. Absolutely foul I left without getting anything. Manager wasn’t in the building. Terrible customer service but what can you expect when there’s meth heads making your food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Did an online order…ordered a pizza sub an there was no pizza sauce (marinara) on the sub!! Called on Friday it’s Monday still no phone call back! Called an there is nothing that can be done because i wouldn’t drive back to Hermitage Friday night for a remake…picture included to see NO SAUCE…wont return to this Subway or the Subway in Walmart!! There are other Sub shops local that would love our business…this isn't the first problem here…been numerous bad experiences but this was the last straw for US!! This place is so bad the freezer, cooler, soda machine and front line are all broken, there has been mold in ice machine. Front line freezes every thing causing meat and veggie sides to go bad faster the owner is extremely rude and misstreats his employees. Freezer frequently thaws out. Owner rarely orders what's needed. If you value your health please don't go to this or Walmart location in hermitage as both are owned by same person and both stores are bad. Go to Greenville location instead much better as they are corporate run not private owner who don't care Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We just got sandwiches up there and the bacon was raw and we asked for it to be toasted and it was not toasted hardly at all. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
