Nicely cooked sandwiches and tasty bacon are the tastiest dishes. The knowledgeable staff shows a high level of hospitality at this restaurant. The good service is something these restaurateurs care about. As for the Google rating, SUBWAY got 4.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a sandwich for my lunch break for work. After eating a few bites I noticed SEVERAL long black hairs all through my sandwich. I couldn’t leave as I was at work so I went without for the afternoon. When I got out of work I went down to the store to see if I could get a refund. The girl called her manager and she told me that I could only get my money back if I had the sandwich with me. I showed her the pictures and explained that this was at 1:30pm. I was at work until 5pm and it was in the garbage at the store. She said she could remake it, so i’ll give them that, but I didn’t want a new one several hours later I wanted my money back. It was a $12 sandwich! I told her to tell the people working tomorrow that I will get the sandwich out of the trash and be back with it tomorrow. Stale bread, veggies were not as fresh as usual. Only one person was working and she was rushing. Definitely needs more than one person to be efficient. Not blaming this employee just saying. When there are coupons available and the manager decides he/she is going to sabotage their own business by refusing them, I won't be going back!!! I will be letting everyone I know too! I hope this place goes out of business!!! Meal type Dinner

Skowhegan just got their third strike. I will never be going back. Ordered 3 pro sandwiches. 1 came close to being pro... the other 2 were not even at the regular status. With the prices they are charging now, they should make them the way they are ordered. Madison location does a much better job. Only had 1 slight problem with Madison. Madison Subway is more personable as well. Unfortunately you have to highlight a star to leave a post. Otherwise there would be none. The $10-20... is per person. More like $15-20 when ordering pros. Whoever worked on Friday 9/9/22 and Monday 9/12/22 at the Skowhegan, Maine Subway make great sandwiches. Almost always something missing on our sandwiches when I order online but not those 2 days. They deserve a raise for making sandwiches so well! It doesn't happen often there unfortunately. Also, usually whenever we request extra of a particular veggie we get barely any of that veggie. Tonight, 9/12/22, we requested extra olives and they certainly provided! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Very unprofessional to not honor the code on the app for a free footlong. No one wants to travel far away. the way gas prices are. I will not be going back EVER. I called Subway Headquarters about it they were going to look into it. I won't hold my breath but I hope it makes a difference in the future for another customer.

Would not recommend ordering through the app. Overpriced sandwich that wasn't made right, no extra veggies like requested.
