If you want hair in your sandwich, by all means go to this Subway. Watched the “sandwich artist” fidget with her hair with and without gloves on. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Poor service. Store was closing early due to the night person calling off. Went in store 15 minutes before they closed. The person preparing my sandwiches had no clue on which meat was what. I asked for ham, and she grabbed the roast beef. Also, I have the subway app on my phone, but no one including the manager knew why I didn't get my points when I scanned my card. They did not care either. The person who rang me out said well I don't know why, and just walked off. I asked for the manager, and asked do you at least have the number I can call to have my points added, and she didn't. All she could say was we just got the app here. There should be some some consistently between the stores regardless of the state you go to. Glad I don't live here.

Rushed and rude. Couldn't get my sandwich made like I do EVERYWHERE else. Meat is COLD and cheese isn't melted. I wanted the meat microwaved for 45 seconds and the sandwich toasted for 10 seconds. Didn't happen, they toasted the meat. Cold nasty sandwich. They they laughed about it when I asked them to heat it up more afterwards. Never coming back. Rude.

I've been here three times in the past 2 years. The other 2 times were satisfactory, nothing to write home about. Tonight I was craving a sub and saw on Google Maps that this location closes at 9pm. Got there at 7:30pm. Closed. After reading other reviews this seems to be a regular thing, closing earlier than posted. I'm just gonna buy my own bread and deli meat from now on, this place is too inconsistent.

Not a good place to eat they over charge ppl they charge 2 dollars to substitute a meat for more of the same meat if u get a BMTfor a footlong with a 12.99 for two

Good sandwich that did not take long to get. Leaving parking lot seemed to be a problem but it wasn't because I got in left turn lane going south on US 31 during heavy traffic.

I came by about 7 o’clock and the door was locked. I noticed two young ladies making some subs, both of them ran to the back to hide from me. I decided to call see if I can speak to a manager but nothing voicemail is full. This is not the first time that I’ve seen this or heard of this. Whoever the manager is fix this. If they want our business here in Calera they need to fix this or just take our business elsewhere. So many choices here in the beautiful Calera area.
