rude lady was working today 1/10/2024 @1:20 pm ... i asked for guacamole she said it'd be extra cool , then she proceeds to scrape an empty container of guacamole knowing there was hardly anything in there so i ask for another scoop , she lets out a sigh and goes to get more and puts it on sloppily and from there she threw stuff on my sandwich to rush me out... if you dont like the job dont apply. I used the app to order 2 sandwiches and went in to the store at the appropriate pick up time. There was a line of people waiting to order because there was only one person working (on a Monday and noon). My order wasn’t done yet so I waited for the employee to make it. When I checked both sandwiches were missing ingredients but it wasn’t worth waiting in line to get them fixed. The employee was nice but obviously frazzled because she didn’t have any help. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered through their app. Picked up our sandwiches & checked them. One was missing ALL the veggies & the other was missing most of the veggies. I went back in & told the employee that both sandwiches were incorrect BUT I didn't want them remade, I just wanted all the missing veggies as I had no problem putting them on myself. The employee said "anything missing from the sandwiches is because we are out." This was the following exchange Me: Lettuce? Him: Out Me: Olives? Him: Out Me: Banana peppers? Him: Out Me: Pickles? Him: Out I left & called another Subway down the street, explained what happened & the employee told me they could help us. They kindly gave us all the missing veggies & urged me to complain about our experience. They stated the store has full capability of contacting the customer when they are out of ingredients. I shouldn't have wasted a trip to pick up an incomplete order that wasn't even acknowledged until I checked it & came back in. The fact that they looked at the order, made the sandwiches missing 6 veggies between the two & thought "yeah, this is fine" in ridiculous. Included a picture of us topping our sandwiches with the veggies the other Subway provided. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Every time I have ordered here it has been problematic. I tried to give a chance again. Solid NO going forward. They were very stellar in making sure they didnt give anyone else my order kudos. Would have been awesome to have the order correct. Please draw a map to the buffalo on this buffalo chicken sandwhich.now get a picture of it on the website?/?

The food is amazing, I come here all the time and the service is amazing they are so sweet and caring! I love the atmosphere. I’ve been coming here since I was 8 years old I’m 25 and will continue going every staff I’ve encountered are amazing! I regularly come to this Subway and I always find it to be clean and peaceful place to eat. Plus, Michael and Jasna seem to take the making of customers subway sandwiches, with great care and not in hurry making it sloppy as I've experienced at other Subway restaurants. Theses two Subway sandwiches makers can probably teach a thing or two to many sloppy Subway sandwiches makers out there. Every time I go to this location they NEVER have the Italian herbs and cheese bread. It’s my favorite and I understand from time to time you will be out, but to never ever have it? That’s ridiculous. It’s been months and they still say “I’m sorry we’re out” or “we don’t have that right now”…. Will I maybe see it perhaps in 2024? What’s the deal with this location.
