Picked up an order of 9 subs tonight, initially giving an hour and a half and then needed to place the order again due to a problem with the card going through. When we walked in, the guy working immediately informed us that the order was too large and should be a catering order. I get that 9 subs are a big task, but we would’ve been totally fine with them kindly informing us they needed more time. The guy continued to badger us and said he was about to cancel the order, and that if there were other customers, we wouldn’t have been served. There were zero customers in store, and I’m not sure where he gets the idea that he can pick and choose which customers to serve.
I guess we’ll order elsewhere in the future if we will be made to feel guilty for buying food from a place that sells food for profit.

I've ordered 6 subs, (2 subs 3 times), they have been progressively worse in quality and taste. The bread is stale, the lettuce too diced, and the final straw was getting a single tiny piece of bacon on a BLT. Won't be ordering from here again. I'd urge people to only use coupons, these subs are NOWHERE CLOSE to worth $13+. Go to Palermo's in New Holland and you'll see the difference in quality and price.
