Two weeks in a row, I have purchased a footlong Beast and a 6 inch Beast and the roast beef has been left off of my sandwiches both times. The meats are where you cannot see what is being put on your sandwich as they make it. I should not have to inspect my sandwich before I leave..I have spent $50 total and I am extremely unhappy about this situation.

Employees trying to rush so customers won't wait, but aren't listening to customers so they are asking repeatedly what is wanted and then still getting it wrong. Owner happy to say he is owner, and that he everything under control but also doesn't have a clue what is going on. Tells his employees to slow down and not rush but is also rushing. I walked out. Funny, last week the girls working were fantastic, so much so that a tip was warranted! To the owner, the customer is not necessarily always right, but tonight you showed a bad example of management and ownership. Good luck with the 2 girls on duty tonight.

Took my family to get Subs I opted out once I saw one of the employees with an attitude. Tonight 12/27/23 Thursday. The older female was rude. Rolling her eyes, not speaking up so she could be heard than raised her voice in a rude way to adults much older than her. My daughter sandwich hardly had cheese and she asked for 2 types in which I paid but got cheated. My sister's sandwich didn't have salami as she asked for only pepperoni My son was charged for 2 cheese in which he only asked and had 1 cheese. I'm beyond disappointed in the service and the money spent wasn't worth it. They haven't had subway in a long time but I'll never return ever. We use to be regulars but nasty workers is what kept us away in the past. I dont like how we can't see the meat and cheese anymore as well. If we could see we would have known sandwiches were made incorrectly. We will continue to give firehouse, Jimmy johns and jersey Mike's our buisness but subway on wayne memorial absolutely not.The employer that was rude was kind to the man who came in behind us in which he wasn't of our color so I assumed he deserved more respect apparently. I was also told rudely she was asking my daughter what she wanted and I was speaking for her than asked was I getting a sandwich. LEARN TO TREAT ALL PEOPLE WITH RESPECT AND KINDNESS PLEASE. AND FOR GOODNESS SAKE LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE BECAUSE NOT ALL PEOPLE ARE KIND AS WE ARE.

Orderd a 73 order off the app to get 2 of my sandwishes made wrong and then was called by delivery person to tell me they didnt have the cookies i wanted. The lady there then said it would be refunded. I waited 2 days. I didnt get a refund. Call the store muliole times to be told i had to contact door dash. I said i didnt go through door dash when i order i went through subway app. The lady was dismissive and refused to do anything for me told me to come by when the manager was there. I asked ok when will they be there. Oh i dont know just come by sometime in the morning. Called door dash, they were looking into the issue. I still have yest gotten a refund for 2 boxes of cookies and no one is willing to help! I will never order from this place again and further more the employees ive talked to are rude. Ot once did they get my name or number for the manager to call me! Not once has anyone helped with this isse. So not only am i out of the cookies. Im out of money and 2 of my sandwiches were made wrong!
