I experienced unprofessional customer service in Dryden, NY. The first thing the worker Nina said when I came in was “you’re going to have to wait at least 10 minutes because I have online orders I have to get done”. She was very rude about it and didn’t greet me kindly. I understood that she had other orders to get done first and I was patient. It was the fact that she was being very unprofessional and disrespectful to her coworker that made me leave. She kept telling her coworker to hurry up what she was doing because she was in her way. I was waiting in line for 10 minutes and in that 10 minutes she made 3 disrespectful comments to the other worker. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My experience was so bad, I uninstalled their trash app and will NEVER eat at ANY subway again. Rude people with poor training who messed my order up TWICE!! They can't refund you if you order on the app either. I asked to cancel it when it was made wrong. No manager to help and an eye rolling, young girl with poor attitude pointed toward her coworker to blame. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
