Would not honor the bogo offer for app ordering because I claimed a reward of a free cookie, that voided the bogo!? Per their employee! ...it was a reward for prior orders! Typically we order & are very pleased with Botkins store, we will be returning there in the future, the quality of our same subs are much better there, we will not be returning to NB store. Chicken was freezing cold. Who wants freezing cold chicken?Ordered terriaki chicken sub & worker asked if wanted bread toasted, I said no. Then I asked because I didn't see him warm up chicken, if chicken is warm already, he said yes, it comes precooked. I thought was strange but nevertheless I trusted his word. Jokes on me, when I got home and took a bite out of sandwich, chicken was freezing cold. I had to warm up freezing cold chicken in microwave. Will not go there again nor recommend anyone else. Was my 1st time there and will be my last! Service Take out Meal type Dinner
