Clients don't highly appreciate sandwiches at this restaurant. Most guests say that the staff is patient at this place. Cool service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of SUBWAY. As people find it, the atmosphere is exotic here. But many visitors who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

I've stayed here many times. Seems as if customer service has gone down. Got to my room and all the furniture was up off of the carpet. They had just cleaned the carpet and either forgot to put it back down, or put me in the room too soon. They weren't that busy, and when I called the front desk, I was td I could just put the furniture back, or see if another room is available. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

well, the employee was complaining about how many days in a row they’ve worked, how they couldn’t wait to get home and get high, and said some negative things about their coworkers. on top of that, she even answered a phone call from her boyfriend in front of the line during someone’s order, also complaining about work to him. while i’m sure she had her reasons to be upset, i felt very uncomfortable and aside from that, a lot of things were out of stock, so i decided to leave. it was just a very bizarre experience Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As someone who recently quit here, the workers are trying their best. I had to quit because I seen how fast that place was going down hill. Better hope they find a better assistant manager to run the place who knows how to actually respect ALL their employees, rather than one that will talk down on someone because she “thinks” he might have a slight disability. Also maybe teach your employees that using the word “dyke” isn’t funny “because it’s true.” Some of the people there need to catch up on what’s socially acceptable and what’s not.
Never enough workers and always waiting an obscene amount of time in line which has only gotten worse recently. I've seen employees in tears bc of the line with no help and have personally said something and called manager several times bc it's not fair to the employees. Never able to prep food when they run out and often are out of most breads. Very poorly managed place and it's not fair to employees there which is why they can not keep any good ones.
Well I never spend time to write reviews, but I felt this was necessary. Incredibly disappointed after a recent visit to pick up a Power Bowl that I ordered online. When I arrived the bowl did not look anything like the picture online and it lacked the guacamole I added. Accordingly, I inquired and the gentleman stated that I must have ordered the wrong thing and that I just couldn’t see the guacamole. He offered no resolution....so a Power Bowl is merely an expensive ($10) salad and mine even lacked lettuce! This store needs to train employees on customer service...I would have been satisfied by simply honoring my request for the guacamole that I paid for...instead I am left hungry, writing a poor review.
Was super happy with the service I was given today!! Kayla did an amazing job!! Keep it up, in the world we live in today its nice to see someone who shows up and does a great job!!! Thank you Kayla
The food was great. However if you're going to have a sign on the door that states that masks are required, your employees should have the backing of ownership in enforcing this mandate during a global pandemic. I can only assume that the employees are afraid to enforce the state mandate.

Absolutely terrible services. My 14 year old daughter felt uncomfortable her entire time in there. Called up to find who the weirdo was and no one picked up. Called 15 times. Kids can’t even get food by themselves. Gross.
