I ordered on the app. I went to pick up & arrived expecting my order to be ready as the app indicated it was. It was not & hadn't even been started. I was told they were still finishing the customer before me, there was no urgency. Then as I was sitting, waiting for them to finish with these customers, another customer walked in after me, up to the counter & they completed her order first! REALLY! (I am usually a very understanding customer. I get it things happen. But the point of the app is that I walk in I get my food & go. The employee even tried to ring me up when I paid in the app.) When they finally got to my order it was obvious neither were very familiar with the app or the instructions on the receipt. I had to go to the counter & walk them through each sandwich. They were even unfamiliar with the sandwiches I ordered, Italian BMT & Cold Cut Combo, I had to tell them which meats were on the sandwiches. Plus they are offered as "classic sandwiches" in the app but not on the menu on the wall in the store. They were out of some of the usual toppings like spinach. These employees need better training for sure. Even the customer after me ordered a Black Forest Ham & they started to make it with the wrong meat! Its ham! I arrived at 5:50 to pick up a finished order & left with my sandwiches at 6:30. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will be going to Grazines for all my sandwiches from here out. Way better. The employees never changed gloves after touching the register or money. The “manager” was without uniform . No cookies Area to make the sandwiches was not clean flys around the food Hardly any food Employee was grabbing the chicken with his hands not the scoop Never once asked how how may i help you. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Beware- you are served germs. The young girl behind the counter must not understand that your cell phone has lots of germs and bacteria. This girl took out her phone at the register and then put it in her back pocket. Without changing gloves or washing hands she tries to start making a second sandwich. I asked her to change gloves before proceeding. DISGUSTING! Only thing worth the two stars is the fact that the manager or other employee seemed to know better... HOPEFULLY.

Nice & clean establishment. Fresh food prepared as you ask them to do so . Friendly service and good food.... what else can you ask for?

Come in for a sandwich at noon on Saturday. There is only one person working right now. She has not spoken to me at all and I have been standing here for 5 minutes. Obviously someone called in an order before o for here, but letting me know that, and that she would be with me in a few moments would have been nice. Some else walked in after me and wasn't as pleasant as me and asked he Le what the deal was. She told him she has to take my order before his and that she was the only one here. No apology was included. Service was sad. Hopefully my food will be better. Edited to add that I had to leave after waiting for ten minutes without any food so I could make an appointment. The lady working never acknowledged me or spoke to me. Hope the guy behind me had better luck.
