I asked for my chicken n bacon to be cooked before putting on a sandwich and she put it in the microwave. ( Omgoodness) Made the chicken dry and the bacon rubbery not cooked. They were supposed to use the toaster oven not the microwave. After telling the employee they argued with me and said that's how she does it. Only subway I've been to that did this, others use the toaster. Also the Philly n cheese wrap they didn't toast it like I asked. So quality and order correctness poor. Atmosphere employee arguing with me. Poor so 10/10 I give it a minus 5. And the lettuce was brown. So I don't recommend this location. 25.00 for dog food. Stopped here in passing on a road trip, and have a nice experience. The food was good, fresh and the staff was friendly. Service was a little slow, but I'd take that any day over a sloppy thrown together sandwich. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

After ordering online..orders were wrong for 2 sandwiches..tried to get only one remade they didnt want sandwich back instead pictures..then employees accused us of lying after looking at pics ..so i went back and brought both sandwiches back for refund..an off work employee looked at sandwiches and verified both were wrong..overall bad experience will never go back..bad employees mean bad service and bad food

Ngl I rate it 2 stars because I hated waiting thats one problem, even though it was toasted the bread was hard that my 2nd problem and I still ate plus cookies were just hard and i didn't finish the cookies

People always like to hate on subway but it's a good, quick place to go that's a healthier option then what you usually get in these small towns. The place was clean and the food was good. Taking one star off because they were a little slow with the service. But in their defense, we were there during the lunch rush. My family stopped here for lunch during our road trip and could not have had a better experience! Gigi was truly a delight. She greeted each of us and made us feel welcome. We were shocked to learn it was only her 5th day on the job! The best customer service we have ever experienced at a Subway by far!

The young lady that waited on us was very polite and friendly she fixed our sub just like we wanted it and didn't skimp on ingredients like other stores do these i could hardly eat all my half of a foot long this will be one of my favorite stores when we are in that area recommend highly Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Service is usually good there, but food isn't prepared right. Sometimes food isn't at the right temperature, and they're usually out of something. Could use a variety of adults and kids to have some stability. Needs to keep clean music on in the lobby.

The old lady was very rude. Not friendly except to the young boys that came in to chat with her. She could use some assistance on customer service. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
