Honestly, I really don't like the lady. She's always got RBF and doesn't understand anything we are saying. I wanted a gift card and she didn't know what I was saying or how to even do one. You lost money due to your staff's incompetence. She is also a bad customer service person. She comes of rude and like you are bothering her every time. I just came back. There's never been a Subway experience like this. I ordered by pickup. #1Philly and chicken teriyaki. All the ingredients were sparse It was really disappointing . I felt like I was eating bread without any meat. tI'll never order from here again. People working there are to cheap with there ingredients.
