Paid NZ$19.80 for a tuna & mayo and pizza melt. Food was simple and tasty. Service from the counter staff was great and they kept smiling!👍😃 Place was quite empty during lunch time. Girls on their phone. Took them 2 mins to see i was standing waiting No smile on staffs face. Filled my subway with full of sauce even tho i asked for tiny bit of sauce. Full of jalapeños every request was denied. Bread wasn’t baked properly either. The staff is rude. We arrived 1 hour before the shutdown time. But they locked the door and didn't look as while we were knocking on the door to ask if they were actually closed. After 15 minutes, when staff continued ignoring us, we left with our dignity. I suggest that if you can't follow what you publicize, you shouldn't be in business.

Worst customer service ever experienced . Lady put my chicken that I ordered into another sandwich, then realized it was mine so pulled it out and pretty much threw it back into microwave and then into my sandwich with microwaved lettuce stuck to it, and squished. I refused to take it so she gave me another customers meat from behind me in line, different from what i asked for. Id give it a negative review if i could. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great location on the shop with a car parking and wheelchair access available. Today we had full breakfast and was absolutely delicious. Coffee and cappuccino hot drink was very tasty. Friendly staff and fast service. Toilets available as well. FREE WIFI.
