McDowell House Museum is a must to visit before tasty meals at this restaurant. Perfectly cooked bacon can make a favorable impression on you. Cooks at Subway do their best to provide visitors with good biscuits. Gracious employees work hard, stay positive and make this place wonderful. We have 3 Subway locations in Danville. This is the uptown location. The food is always fresh and the staff are friendly. Today I ate a foot long on white with Turkey bacon. My daughter had the sweet onion teriyaki foot long on white. Both sandwiches were very good. We usually eat the pizza subs here as well and they are very good also. The store is also clean and tidy each time we visit. Definitely recommend this location. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Above and beyond customer service. I had a larger online order this morning for my coworkers and I. In the process of grabbing my food I left my phone. Not only did she plug it up she used her detective skills to figure out where I worked and brought it back to me An insane amount of kindness, sadly I don’t recall her name but she deserves all the praise Service Take out Price per person $10–20

I like subway, I went in there to get sandwich 1 bag chips and it cost $22 and some change. The girl that rang up said oh yes subway increased their prices and proceeded to tell me how well she is being paid while I can't get over the fact 1 sandwich 1coke 1 chips just cost me 22 dollars. No I want give subway NO good ratings I'll never come back to a subway

The old lady that owns it is always crabby and makes the employees seem on edge. But when she isn't there they all seem to have better soft skill and better customer service. Food is good though and convenient for me.

They're consistently poor quality, and certain employees there have no idea what they're doing. You can point at a specific sandwich listed on their menu and they'll half-heartedly explain in a shrill voice they "Don't know what's on it", (Despite it being listed on a product card behind the counter.)
