Many people say that waiters offer good sandwiches here. The competent staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. The prompt service displays a high level of quality at this restaurant. Based on the visitors' feedback on Google, Subway deserved 4.2.

my boyfriend and I went in today and had a bad experience. i haven’t been into a subway in years so i didn’t know what to order and i have anxiety when ordering food so i got my boyfriend to order for the both of us. the woman making our subs was very rude, before we had a chance to even look at the menu she was rushing us to choose our bread (sir pick your bread. you have to pick your bread. what kind of bread? over and over, basically yelling at us like it’s a life or death choice), my boyfriend even said “give me a minute please” but she continued to rush us, (keep in mind the store wasn’t that busy, there was one other woman behind us, they were quite rude to her as well) then acted super passive-aggressive while making our subs. As we were leaving, she LITERALLY yelled “Have a nice day, sir” very sarcastically. When we got in the car we called inside and asked to speak to a manager, and the same woman picked up the phone very politely - we didn’t even recognize it was her because her demeanor was completely different. She then proceeded to say “i’m sorry if YOU thought I was being rude but i assure you I was not”. I’m not usually one to leave a bad review but I was appalled at how passive-aggressive and downright nasty she was being. definitely didn’t help i was already anxious walking in there and she made it worse. other than that the sub was pretty good but we did not want to eat inside and i don’t think i’ll ever eat at this subway again. Never know how to make there own sandwichs got a $13 footlong for $8 but it was wrong not right I've never had a sandwich made the way it's supposed to from here complete wast of time trying to try new sandwichs here they will never make them right please take some people from the other stores in Washington and put them in the Walmart store I will be talking to the manager about it from the other stores

Very rude people. I ordered online and asked for extra oil and vinegar. The oil and vinegar is not supposed to be globbed all over the bread to the point of it being so soggy it just disintegrates in my hand. I couldn't eat it. The oil and vinegar is supposed to be put on the meat not the bread. I get it like this all the time. So I call there to see about taking it back for a refund and no I can't because she doesn't know how and because I asked for extra and thats gonna make the bread soggy she said. And so I asked for the managers name and number and she said, you're gonna call my manager over soggy bread? Well yes, yes I am because they are rude and should've corrected the problem. So the manager will be called tomorrow. I am livid.

Subway is a good sandwich place, they make it how you want it, when you want it. The best part about going to Subway was the price. But for a while now that price seems to keep increasing, I fear that after too long their prices will be comparable to the more pricey sub stores. I hope this doesn't happen, because their price points was the main reason I would keep going back.

I really enjoy going to Subway restaurants. I don't live near one but I make a 52 RT to my nearest and most favorite Subway at John small avenue in Washington North Carolina at least once a week. The food is fantastic and the price is right and the restaurant is beautiful and clean and it's my favorite. SUBWAY!

Act like they don't want to wait on you. Bread was pretty much burned. Throw away went to jersey Mike's.

Ask for extra pickle and was told I could not have them all it put three extra pickles on my sub also got out of Walmart my meatball sub was ice cold like it was coming out of the freezer it toasted it twice still cold bread was burnt if you call them do not pick up please check your order before u leave 5/31/20 11:12

Good place to eat. Staff are nice. Food is ...well fresh.
