You can have perfectly cooked sandwiches, salads and chicken at this restaurant. The cheerful staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Many reviewers note that the service is prompt. The lovely atmosphere will be really just what you need after a long working week. But google users haven't given Subway a high rating.

Every single time I order here, there's always something wrong with the order. Whether that's missing an ingredient I asked for or missing other items that were ordered. A few weeks ago, I tried going through the drive through at 9 pm. The screen was on but black so I clicked the call for help button, and someone came through and I asked if he could take my order and that the screen wasn't working. He then told me to come inside to order. Why? You're speaking to me through the drive through, why not just take it like this? There was no one else in the drive through line and there was absolutely no one inside, other than the worker himself. I just drove off. Tonight, we placed an order for two footlongs and come to find out after getting home, they made two 6 inches and completely swapped the bread from the orders. We drove back w/ order and receipt and asked them to remake them. He started to and apparently he can't read orders because the worker proceeded to swap the bread another TWO TIMES. How hard is it to read the order and get it right? I'm so over having my orders wrong every single time. I frequent this location weekly. Chelle, Ki, and Lexis always have a smile for me and other patrons. They also know my order/orders, which makes my life easier! These ladies keep things running smoothly and efficiently, even when they run out of critical ingredients. So, when one of the managers has to leave the location during a busy service time (lunchtime) to purchase things such as lettuce and spinach, they always make sure the patrons are satisfied. I have witnessed this on MULTIPLE occasions and hope that the problem is rectified to make these excellent customer service representatives’/sandwich artists’ job a little easier. The staff is the main reason I frequent this location. I hope positive reviews reach the staff, because I have worked in an industry where my team members and I were only notified of negative reviews and complaints, which was not great for team building or morale! Service is usually pretty good. However, tonight we had to return to the store because one of the 5 sandwiches ordered was completely wrong. Upon arriving to the store to correct the issue, we overheard one employee tell another employee "they will figure it out" when being questioned why they were moving a slice of cheese from one sandwich to another. Big red flag. When we finally sat down to eat, one sandwich had so much mustard on it that it had to be wiped off. There was also some mustard on other sandwiches that were not supposed to have mustard, as well as on the bag, and the receipt. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

I am the order that picked up at drive-through around 5 pm. The order was perfect and the sweet heavy set fella that came to the window was very professional and it was so so refreshing to get our sandwhich and the bread was super fresh, the ingredients used was fresh and prepared perfectly. I was so so happy something happened good for me and my family for a change. Something like this goes a long way, especially when your time is limited and you are praying just one thing goes right for you this week. This order made my week. Thanks, subway. Walked in and the workers were in the corner on their phone. One decided to get up and help and grabs a pair of gloves. I asked if he was not going to wash his hands? His reply was, "I got gloves". Sir I don't care,wash your hands. He walks off saying something under his breath,so I said out loud sir keep your food, because that attitude stinks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love Subway but this particular one made me a little mad because unlike the one on Lady’s Island they made my sandwich so sloppy that I didn’t even want to eat it. Absolutely terrible first off they refused to answer me at the drive-through after I pressed the button several times and said come inside whats the point of a drive-through he can’t use it And the one guy Darius I had to repeat myself several times on what I wanted on my sub and it was a simple, tuna sub and then on my other sub he kept putting everything in the middle and wouldn’t spread it out I’m guessing the closer, long-haired young guy just sat there and played on his phone with earbuds in ignoring everything Terrible I’d rather go to substation after that Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes Italian BMT on Herb and Cheese

I'm giving the night crew 5 stars wonderful service. I hope these two employees are paid well for there A+ service. This is by far the best service I have ever had at ANY Subway. Ordered a sandwich in the drive though. Card reader at the order sign is broken so I pull it to the window where the guy tells me the total and I hand him my card. He says “you gonna tip or nah”. This tipping stuff is getting ridiculous but whatever. I tell him yeah $3 in hopes there are no “special ingredients” added for not doing so and that my sandwich would be made properly. Get home and nothing I added was on it. Not one fn vegetable, just meat, and it was slathered in the one thing I removed. Guess $3 was offensive to them or something.
