This is the third time I've came to this subway and the young lady with the long braid in her hair always has a stank attitude. I also ordered my sandwich online and a bunch of stuff was missing including my teriyaki sauce. My sub was dry and not the way I asked for it online. Y’all need to do something about who you have working there. People paying for their food and they have to be greeted with someone that has a nasty attitude. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I order 2 sandwiches online today and went to pick it up. There was this indian girl making the sandwiches today and I noticed on one of them she put mayo on it. I told her that I didnt want mayo and she picked up the receipt and showed me that mayo was a part of the order along with the sauce I actually wanted. I admitted that it was a slip up on my part and that I really didnt want mayo, she end up just ignoring me and kept the mayo on the sandwich and handed it to me with an attitude Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Some employees need to be reminded of what you serve at your establishment. When we asked for jalapeños on our sub, the workers said they didn't have them (we could see them, they were also in the ingredients list on the glass in the store). Wouldn't have been too much of a problem, but the workers laughed when we asked for the Jalapeños, and were incredibly rude and said "we usually only have to correct kids, now we have to say it to adults". Imagine having so much confidence when you're wrong about a fact. They gaslit us, saying these are "green pepper", and told us "you should have just agreed with us the first time when we told you". Was it because my mom was a woman trying to correct a man and he couldn't handle that? You tell me. They have jalapeños, pickled jalapeño peppers if you need to get specific, just like every other subway worldwide. Go google "pickled jalapeños" if you need to fact check what those are. Yes, they are green, and yes they are peppers, but green peppers are BELL peppers and not pickled or spicy. I can't believe the audacity of people to treat anyone this way, let alone as a customer, which I hate having to say after working in customer facing positions myself. It really wouldn't have been an issue had the worker said oh we call "those green peppers here" and not belittled, gaslit, and treated us so poorly. However, I cannot believe that you work at a subway and you don't know the correct (& ONLY) name of the food you serve. Although, judging by the other Google reviews you don't care about how this location is run anyways. Rude employees that think they know everything and needs to seriously be retrained by corporate. Employee argued and proceeded to get smart with me about a coupon that he didn't bother reading and telling me that ALL Subway Series are excluded from the deal when it clearly tells you which sandwiches are excluded. Wouldn't have had as much as a problem if he didn't proceed to tell me that even on the app, it would not let me get the exact same 3 sandwiches for the special price even though it would and to top it off went further out to a different Subway not in the boondocks and got the same sandwiches with the coupon. Would not even recommend a rat eat here based off the rudeness and unknowledgable acts of the employees alone. Service: 1

I ordered something online today. I wanted to cancel the order because I noticed that I ordered from the wrong location and I wouldn't be able to leave work for that amount of time. I tried to call and cancel the order. I called over 10 times and was never answered. So after work i will have to go in person to get a refund. Horrible customer service. How can you not answer a phone in a business? Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

The worker was so rude and nasty was not friendly at all got mad that my kids were hungry and waiting to see what we are ordering. Then when I got my order is was wrong and I said something about it and he got so nasty with me because I was confronted them about it. He was like you’re dealing with the professionals here and I was like if you are then why you act like this I front of customers. If I talked that way to a customer I would have been fired from my job that’s not how you talk to your customers ever. Need better customer service all the way around. Google says closes at 9. App says closes at 9. Sign on door says closes 9. App takes order for pickup at 8:10. I arrive at 8:14 store closed. Apparently the one hr of labor is worth more than my family's long term customer value. Great choice!

Worst subway service ever. The older gentleman made fun of my wife when she asked for Jalapeño on a sub and the man argued that whay she was pointing af weren't jalapenos, which they were, or at least that's what we call them. He insinuated that she was dumb for not getting it the first and time and that he has to argue with kids but usually not with adults. Had to tell him to knock off as he kept at it Even if we had it wrong, this is not how you deal with customers.worst service ever. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
10am is what is posted for the store to open, ive seen others and myself walk up to the door for it to be locked. its going on 11 now....
Disgusting!!! Don’t waste your money at this store! I ordered delivery. Extra spinach, avocado and more cheese. This is what I got!!!
