I had not been to a Subway in a long time because frankly it isn’t that good and its over priced, but I was in a rush and in the area. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch footlong sandwich on a flat bread. The woman working asked me what kind of chicken I wanted and I asked if buffalo chicken was okay. She said yes it was and then later told me while ringing it up that the sandwich no longer counted as a chicken bacon ranch off the menu and was now a create my own and charged me for the bacon… making the sandwich $16.99 instead of $13.99. It really rubbed me the wrong way and I will not be going back as they proved what I had originally thought of Subway was correct. Haven't had subway in awhile thought we would give it a go....very disappointing. Sure doesn't look like the pictures anymore. Very thin 12" hero. Half the meat it used to have. The toppings were hardly there. Sorry to say I will not be going back to the restaurant in Lindenhurst on Sunrise highway.

What a joke!!!! I eat at the Plainview Subway yesterday and ordered 2 footlong hams one with deluxe meat and the other was regular. We had 2 medium sodas and 2 cookies and it all totaled just under $ 27.00. Now I order 1 footlong ham deluxe and get charged 13.30 for it....I will never ever go there and order. Please be aware of the over charging!!!!! Meal type Dinner

This owner / manager is quite cheap and unethical . He declines to put veggies on my sandwich saying that there’s only so much he can put on there . Although what I had asked was regular quantity that I always get from subways since a very long time . Never encountered such a person . I think he should own his own restaurant with his own rules rather than using Subway Franchise . Just don’t go here !! Read all the one start reviews and they will all pretty much say the same . This subway is very clean and the employees are so warm and welcoming. My sandwich was great nice and hot! While my veggies were crisp, crunchy & fresh! The guy making my sandwich convinced me that if I was hungry I should sit and eat lol. Gave me a free cookie I thought that was very important 👍🏽Keep up the good customer service.

Wow, what a horrible manager! Just went to pick up an order that my wife place online. Waited 5 minutes, and they placed the bag on the counter and said “your orders ready”. I took it home…all wrong. Went back to get yelled at by the crazy manager asking why I took that order she gave me, and that I should have known it was not mine…last time we go there! She needs customer service training.

If i could give them zero stars i would....i told the lady i wanted extra onions and she told me no i cant have them....then she kept asking me if i wanted any other toppings and i told her i would like some extra onions and she told me no....i have been going to subway for 30 years and i have never had anybody tell me no when i asked for something, not only that but this place charges more than other subways in the area......NEVER AGAIN! AND I WISH I NEVER WALKED IN THERE I THE FIRST PLACE.....AWFUL JUST AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
