The staff combination that was working on 2/29/24 at 1 o’clock is horrible. Both ladies were moving like snails. One was more worried about talking and not working than making sandwiches, and the other lady was more worried about bargaining making new *free* sandwiches for people that already had what they asked for- just because the customer asked how a different sauce tasted. Line was to the door. Every customer was unhappy and some walked out. In the amount of time we stood in that line and waited for our food to be made we could have gotten back in our car and drove to the store to buy the things we needed to make the sandwich ourselves. Both ladies were nice but they had zero sense of urgency nor did they apologize for taking A YEAR to make a sandwich. One of them kept saying “you’re making my job easy” when a customer didn’t want something toasted or asked for a bowl… well they obviously didn’t make it easy enough because come on… 🙄 This location is usually fine. One of them working with someone fast paced would be one thing but you can’t put two snails behind the counter and depend on them to run a business. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Best Subway around the area. Subs are loaded with toppings. Bread and toppings are very fresh. Fast and friendly service. From what I was told, only 2 employees are currently working here, the manager and 1 night shift. We order dinner so have only had interaction with the night shift male employee., I can't remember his name, but he deserves a huge raise and a recurring bonus. Give him his own Subway franchise! He embodies what Subway is and stands for. You can tell he absolutely loves his job. Waiting for my order this evening, I as well as others witnessed him make 8 subs in 15 min. During the last month ordering at this location, after ordering at another one just down the road, this man can make a sub! Thank you for making our dinner so wonderful and delicious and always being friendly and service with a smile! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

I have recently started going to this Subway on my way to work. They are not as easy to find anymore, but this one is a Gem. The owner is always so delightful, and has great customer service. The young man that works there also is a true "Sandwich Artist" and makes sure not 1 piece of lettuce is out of place! Even though it is in a Circle K Gas station, this establishment is always clean! I have had several great experiences there, and the sandwiches are very good! Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

The order was missing items, and sandwiches were not made correctly. I called the driver, and all she could say was that she forgot the rest of the order. Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50

Food was fresh and prepared to order. Tables at the eat-in area needed wiping off but the poor gal working was the ONLY worker in the place. She can't be expected to do it all. They need more than one worker during lunch time.

Staff decided to close 2 hours early tonight because “they didn’t want to work, so I need to get over it.” Rude staff, was just sitting in the back watching her phone. Sadly it’s a corporate location that’s mismanaged. I suggest going to new Jimmy Johns across the street. Food and service has been fantastic!
