This Subway maintains much of the feel of a typical Subway despite being in DFW Airport, including self-refill fountain Cokes and their own seating/eating area. Dirty and Poor communication. We're traveling with kids and right when we sat down to eat they kicked us out 10 minutes before they closed so they could clean! $50 bucks we spent while traveling with small children. Boooooo!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had asked for broccoli chedar soup and the lady informed me I wasn't gonna be charged for the soup because it wasn't enough for a full cup so I said okay and she had told the cashier.. Got to the register and realized they charged me for the soup so I spoke with the manager and she said that is a full cup and that it's just 1 scoop less than normal.. She should have told me she was gonna charge me and I would have canceled the soup, but they kept talking in their language and didn't inform me that I was being cha for the soup.. The ladies that work here are so bright, bubbly, and friendly! They work very efficiently and my salad was AWESOME. All ingredients looked fresh and organized. When you’ve been to a lot of Subway’s in your time you appreciate a good one 😊 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

USE CAUTION! bill was $15.00. Saved my receipt. Checked my cc later that night and they added another $5 to total over 20. Tried to call but their phone won’t answer. Could be a mistake but potentially dishonest store knowing you’ll likely be far gone when you discover the fraud. Food: 3 Service: 1

I couldn't talk with anyone here they dont understand English, and was telling the the simplest thing, just was trying to order the garlic dippers took 3 people to understand while pointing at a photo of it on there menu, then ot came put pretty bad honestly

Sloppy service and poor customer service. Sauce applied past sandwich and all over the paper. Asked for my employee discount, told I was given it, but that was a lie. Owned and operated by middle eastern people and they are blabbering so loud in Arabic that you think you are in the middle of a Jihad. Won't repeat Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
