Subway is pretty near Cromwell Museum. The truth is that you will really like perfectly cooked sandwiches. Try good biscuits. Clients don't highly appreciate coffee at this restaurant. Subway is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. When you enter this place, you feel the charming atmosphere. Tonight i was served here by Millie, She was happy and had very polite customer service, the meals she made was a big order and they were all the best i have had from here in a long time! Many other times staff here seem to miss alot of products and/or make a sloppy job of it, Subway should be very proud with this employee. Great service. Asked for a gluten free wrap and staff member asked if I was coeliac which I am. They then made my wrap in a seperate area and done contamination cleaning of the cooking area. Really appreciated the thoroughness and effort from staff to reduce risk of cross contamination. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I had a great visit to the Cromwell subway today. The staff were awesome to deal with and was nice and fast. The foot long was well put together and filled well. With be back again at some point. Food is great as always, it's a Subway. Not sure if the Tall chairs are used much as it seems weird with people queuing around you. Service is great as always, smiley, bubbly faces and the body language from everyone is that of a happy approach. Noone looks unhappy or miserable which can happen, so Well done to all. The food is always good and the staff very pleasant. What has changed since they opened is that they now make you wait whilst they make online orders in front of you adding an extra 10 mins at least to your wait time. We had finished our dine in meals and they still hadn't started making our coffees so we asked for a refund for the coffee which was given. My advice would be order online for preferential treatment OR avoid going here during lunch times. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

It’s like 3PM. Ordered two coffees and a soda. Only one other person in the shop behind me. Cashier rings up two sodas, I wait patiently and point out the mistake. She huffe, throws open the register and shoves the change at me and makes a snarky comment. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen such a perturbed employee in such an empty shop. I’ve done more damaged than I ever thought I could in such a short interaction. Suddenly, a 10 year old child walks behind her and smiles politely. He is somehow the friendliest and ATM most trusted employee in the building. I feel like I’m being punked. I take a sip of my chai: I find violently frothed milk seasoned with disappointment. If I ever return to Cromwell, it will not be intentional. This Subway is flopping save the young man and his professional smile.
