Typical fast food place. Good portions on the roll. Only 1 female out of 3 let the team down. She was rearranging the table chairs and slamming the chair onto the floor making a horrific bang while we were trying to eat peacefully. Would not eat in there again. This Subway has a good location on the main road in Paeroa. There is indoor seating and covered outdoor seating too, overall the setting is the coolest I have seen at a Subway. The food is what you should expect from subway. Good service, nice team. It was pretty quiet when I visited (Friday evening at dinner), which isn't a good thing.

I stopped by Subway for a quick lunch on my way back to Auckland - I usually stop at this Subway every 2-3 months when I make a return trip down to the Bay of Plenty for quite a few years now. This time, Margaret; the staff that was serving me was really friendly and nice, she also put in a A LOT of salads into my sub which was a first for me to have my sub this full!! A pleasant surprise. The bread was fresh this time compared to my last visit, and the salads were fresher too. The shop was clean as usual, and so was the bathroom. Thank you for the stellar service and the extra big sub. I had a great visit!

My fiance and I stopped in to buy a sandwich each for lunch When we walked in there was a young blonde girl at the counter. She looked like she was staring into space and I almost asked if she was ok cos she looked like she was lost or in another planet. Then we realised she was staring at a handwritten order and trying to make a sandwich presumably for an online order. She didn't greet us but we thought we'd just be patient and wait for her to finish making the sandwich she was already making. There were two other people also behind the counter. One of them, a middle aged Maori lady came out from the back and walked over the counter. We thought she would ask if we wanted to place an order but she also ignored us. My fiance and I were actually dumbfounded that we were the only two customers in the shop, we were standing right in front of the counter waiting to order, and no-one would even acknowledge us. It was crazy. Approx five -six minutes had passed. My fiance said to me shall we just go somewhere else then, I said yeah I guess so, he said "thanks for the service" loudly and we walked out. The staff looked at us like we were the rude ones, but they had completely ignored us when we were standing there trying to order. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend. Won't stop here again either. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

buzzing little subway in ngatea. The girls there are great and have worked there a while so know us regulars well. They always give our kidlets a cookie for free too which is awesome. Shop is always clean, subs always stacked and the girls are great with dealing with the little kids who cant talk very loud so they defiantly get their patience tested and it doesnt seem to faze them on bit. during hockey season things get busy but they handle it well and get the line moving fast without substituting quality Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Called in last night to get a quick feed on the way home from the Coromandel - staff were very pleasant and the sub was great - tasted very fresh and generous helpings.
