Subway is pretty near Puketapa Lookout. Clients don't highly appreciate salads at this fast food. From the guests' point of view, the unprofessional service doesn't meet visitors' expectations. But Subway has received Google 4.1 according to the visitors' opinions.

Stood at the counter for over five minutes without being acknowledged by the staff while they worked on some giant receipt. Floor filthy. Code to get into the toilets. This subway is the antithesis of welcoming. Walked out. Avoid this dump. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst experience ever! Got 3 small pieces of capsicum, tomato and cucumber on a 6 inch sub. Significantly less than and rather disappointing compared to other subways across nz. Not to mention, the customer service was absolutely awful and had to wait over 15 minutes for a single sub. No rush and no customer service skills in the employees. Just got home to enjoy my sub after putting my daughter to bed, the bread is sooo stale. All it would be good for is a boat anchor. Straight in the bin absolutely inedible. Food: 1

Normally amazing staff and service however Thursday afternoon waited 5 minutes before getting served, had 1 young girl doing everything at the front by herself. Saw 4 other staff members and only the 1 other young girl helped. Whilst the adults were having a very loud chat out the back.

Disappointing . Me and partner had subway and it's the 3rd time now we have gotten sick from eating it. Must be the way the food is being handled. Maybe check how the food is being handled and maybe consider washing the food storage containers that is left out all day long. I would like a refund but not sure how to go about that. Won't be having subway again sorry !
