Tried this place for the first time. Best doughnut holes I’ve ever had! So many flavor combinations. I ordered 6 of the Total Turtle. Hot and soft holes, drizzled with chocolate and caramel. The chocolate is not the syrup type but more melted fudge. Delicious! The owner was a little edgy this evening. No one in the store or behind us and she stood at the register and asked three times “what can I get you.” My only advice would be after you ask once I respond “don’t know yet” don’t just stand and wait and then ask again. I wanted to read the menu and my friend was walking me through the flavors. Again, no one was behind us so we weren’t holding anyone up. They were very attentive and gave exactly what I needed. Their Service was prompt and the order was great! I purchased donuts for the kids and drinks for the parents! Everyone loved their treats! Incredible helpful friendly staff! They recommended the coffee that we ordered and it was very good. My husband loved the banana pudding donuts. My favorites were the plain cinnamon and sugar but the lemon bar donuts were yummy too! We’ve eaten them day-old and they’re not great. One of the employees told us we could heat them up for 10 seconds in the microwave which we didn’t try but will next time!

We love coming here! They are always so nice, and are always very sweet. Their coffee is also insanely good - so if you're looking for amazing donuts and really good coffee I seriously suggest them! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went in and ordered 100 count of donuts ten different flavors and we were told that it would be 20-30 minutes so we walked down to the others stores to waste time. Came back 30 minutes later and they had just started on my order. We sat there and they filled other people’s orders that were smaller that had walked in durning this time right in front of us and it didn’t take more then 5 minutes for them we finally got our order 48 minutes after ordering. No manager came out to apologize just a sorry for your wait from a worker. Very disappointed in this store it’s new we have been to other sugar lamas and had good experiences. Muskogee sugar lamas has failed.

Sugar Llamas is by far one of the best stops in Broken Arrow! We discovered this place on the way to a concert and haven't missed a chance to come by! It's an hour away from home but a must stop spot for a sweet treat. The staff is friendly and always smiling. Sugar Llamas is an experience that everyone should get to enjoy! I have been to the Tulsa location and Broken Arrow, which were both equally wonderful and kind staff! In addition to that these donuts being insanely addicting! The cinnamon sugar is my favorite! I enjoy their ice cream a lot also! We will certainly be visiting again in the near future!!

The doughnuts were descent. But the staff is definitely not people i want to spend my morning around, nor do i want to feel like im an inconvenience. Broken arrow has many new places for breakfast that are superior than here and faces that welcome you instead of acting annoyed. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Me, my husband and son came in Sunday and the owner Cindy helped us pick out our mini donuts. Everything from the donuts, coffee and service was amazing! Will definitely be back soon.
