Focusing mostly on sushi, their sushi is pretty good and fresh. They have only 1 lady churning out sushi like there is no tomorrow.

Quite a few seats in the restaurants and the selections of sushi is reasonable.
Good service and price is low to medium (considering some plates contain only 1 piece of sushi)
Thr quality is a lot better than Iast remembered from 10 or so years ago. They have some creative options. Worth trying.

Since I posted my original review, I've had the chance to eat in the restaurant quite a few times. I would rate the customer service as very competent and helpful, although they would prefer you to use the QR code to order. They are willing to bring the menu to you if you ask. I do this in order to order the freshest sushi, rather than picking the plates off of the conveyor. Usually, if my train is 30 minutes later, I will go to this restaurant and order my food quickly. I can finish it and be ready to catch the train without any problems. The staff are fast and efficient. The food is quite good. I do recommend that you order off the menu so that you get fresher sushi or sashimi. After eating there several times, I could say that I've never felt ill or uncomfortable afterwards, unlike some locations with this type of fast sushi.

I've never eaten in the restaurant, but have ordered take out sushi boxes. As with most of these express location, the freshness of the products is inevitably lacking compared to other stores. However, you can ask for a fresher box of sushi to be prepared for you, and they are willing to prioritize your order to let you leave with your sushi in about five minutes. Overall, a bit pricey and less than perfectly fresh, but the accommodating and friendly staff makes shopping here a pleasure!

Good services. Great sushi and comfortable place. That's the best restaurant for eating when travel to Chiayi HSR station.
