Everything we tried was the best thing we’ve ever had, honestly. They just don’t open at 10am as it is advertised, so even when you get there EARLY you’ll still wait for at least an hour to order. Very very long lines. The coffee is also great! And my husband is a bit of a coffee snob himself 😂 Definitely recommend this place to check out if you have patience to wait outside. Food is worth it. I came in on a Friday afternoon right before they close and bought a cream filled puff. Unfortunately, the taste of it was really off - it tasted like toilet water. Something was not right! I had to throw the puff away. But because they close early at 2pm, I’m not able to go back and give the feedback to the staff in-person. I have been a loyal customer of this place from the time it opened. The pastries are really good. We especially love their black truffle or honey goat cheese focaccias. My only issue is with service. They advertise opening at 10 am but they are late by 10 minutes on average. Given that there is a line forming beforehand, you may be waiting for over 30 minutes even if you came 20 minutes early and are first in line. This is verY frustrating if it’s really cold or rainy. Today is such a day. It is below freezing temperatures and customers are having to wait outside for 30 minutes. They opened doors at 10.15 am. Have a heart - think of your poor freezing customer. Absolutely love this place! The treats are fantastic. The patisserie is extremely artistic and delicious. The baked goods are 10/10 every single time. It’s fantastic to see a place like this come to Bothell and bring people from all over! Amazing pastry. Very creative flavor combos with traditional french techniques. Pastry is not overly sweet and perfectly balanced. Lines are always long, so be prepared to wait. Definitely worth it. Definitely worth the hype! I had the durian financier (must try if you like durian/jackfruit), the khachakari, raspberry early grey macaron and the match tart. Everything was fresh and incredibly tasty! They keep changing the menu every week so you get to try something new each week!
