Powerbowl was half empty. 3 pieces of chicken and a teaspoon of beans...I've never been to a Taco Bell where the owner or manager is greedy with ingredients... the Chalupas also only crumbs of chicken... I payed $20 for this, never coming here again and the Drive-thru was rude AF they threw the sauces at me when I asked for them, horrible attitude Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just have to say how nice my visit was on 9/23, it was around 6:30pm. The young lady taking my order in the drive-thru was so friendly. She apologized for the long wait, and I was just so impressed with her professionalism. When so many interactions in fast food can be hit or miss, this was just so refreshing. Food was good too! 45 minutes. I waited for a soft taco a Chalupa and a burrito cravings box little cheap meal. They were at least kind enough to give me my drink. By that time I wasn't even patient enough to eat. I walked out without my food. If I was the franchise owner I would be worried. The drive thru line was circled around the building. There was 8 people inside the dining room. There's money coming in but they are pissing everybody off. If I was that franchise owner. I would think twice about continuing this crew no leader what's the weather Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

No breakfast served at this location. Yet they still promote it on the drive thru order screen and on posters in the window. If I had to guess it’s probably lazy management: figuring out new breakfast items is too much of a hassle. I was going to finally try the breakfast that they have been promoting constantly on advertisements. Oops. Not sure why they are opened at 9am daily if they are only going to serve lunch and dinner. I feel sorry for the workers. No customers were in the drive thru or inside when I was there around 10am. :( Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My son, a teen, did the right thing and gave his two weeks notice so he could find other work. The manager, Rosie, retaliated by taking him off the schedule AND refusing to give him his last check. This can't be legal. We have contacted Southpaw corporate office and through their facebook page. Don't work here. Don't send your friends or family here. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I typically don’t review fast food places but I’ve been really impressed with each time I’ve ordered here. The food comes out lightning fast and hot and looks as good as the picture which is usually not the case. Plus they don’t skimp on giving you sauce packets. The one negative is the older woman who typically does the drive through seems to be impatient when ordering but as long as the food comes out the way it does I can deal with it. I am so frustrated with this location. They consistently mess up my order, when someome pays for steak they should get steak. Before I left the drive thru I realized they forgot my nachos. I get home and the food looked like it was tossed in the box, my taco was broken and I didn't get what I ordered.

I always come here while waiting for my mother to get done with the doctor and a few days ago I went in like always and like always The manager Mary is VERY impatient, rude and NOT welcoming whatsoever and a few hours after eating my food I fell ill which indicates that she didn't prepare my food correctly because she was the only one in the back making the food at the time.
