We ordered on the app at 10 30 and according to the app we still could order breakfast. They refused to give us what we ordered and told us to call taco bell customer care. That number doesn't work on the weekends. So we are probably out our money. We highly recommend that no one uses the app or go there. Came to this taco bell for a late dinner thinking since they didn't have many customers our food would be good and hot and we would get what we wanted but that wasn't the case. I ordered the deluxe craving box with the nacho fries. The only thing I asked was if they could put beef instead of chicken in my Chulpa because I'm allergic to poultry. When we got my food there was chicken in my Chulpa and the beefy 5 layer that was in there wasn't even a beefy 5 layer it had beef and beans and chicken. Thank God I look at my food before I eat cause I would of had to go to th ER. Very disappointing Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This is not fresco. I have a dairy allergy, and this is not the first time I received my fresco burrito with cheese. Now I have nothing to eat so if you could train your staff to know what fresco means that would be great for those of us who have to order our food that way. Food: 1

2 female works laughed at us as we drove away when my dad said "let check the bag" them knowing they forgot to cut my quesadilla and cook the jalapeno pizza my mom ordered. We back and it took 1 minute to get service and one of the workers that laughed was at the cash register and didn't notice me, then 2 other workers noticed i was there waiting. Be VERY careful when coming here if you have food allergies. I tried to get a Crunch Wrap Supreme with no tomatoes, because I'm allergic, and still got something with tomatoes. Worse part was, they repeated me back over the intercom that they knew I had the allergy and it's like someone tried to put as many tomatoes on that thing as they could. Not sure if location I under new management but if you go inside nobody acknowledges you're standing there waiting to order. A simple, "we'll be right with you," would be nice. When asked if soda machine was having problems employee shrugged and walked away without a word. The bathroom was dirty and the last three or four times we've been there the ice tea tasted like water, i.e. no syrup. Was always the best Taco Bell before and it hurts that it has gotten so poor in so many ways! Even the food has been missing sour cream or not enough of the topping it should have. Horrible, don't go! I came last evening, the first words I heard from the drive through attendant was.... "before you order we are currently out of: tomatoes, lettus, chicken, all sauce, sour cream, and cheese." How do you run a tacobell thar is out of these ingredients? Answer: you can't!
