Most visitors point out that the staff is creative. Enjoyable service is something guests agree upon here. Adequate prices are what you are to pay for your meal. Highly disappointed... We visited this store during a very slow time (only two cars at drive-thru and we were the only dine in/carry out & nothing on their mobile order stand) ... Not only was the order wrong but as you can see in the picture below extremely sloppy. What was a soft taco ended up being more like soup with a tortilla shell than a soft taco. Food was great, employees were on their A-game. I did an order through the mobile app and things were prepared quickly it was about a 5 min wait. My only issue was the panhandling there was at least 3 people who walked up to my car asking for change. I try to help out the best I can but gee it's like can I just get my food and go home. Do not order Mexican pizza’s from this location, 3rd time from this location that they were stale as hell! Called and spoke with manager Amanda and she definitely needs a refresher on customer service. I’m not one to complain or post a review but with their attitude I had no choice. I ordered a taco Supreme and a chicken enchilada burrito. All that was on the large taco shell was a little meat and a tiny sprinkle of cheese ND lettuce. No sour cream, no tomatoes. Worthless! The burrito was filled mostly with rice, which was globbed right in the center, so it was all tortilla on both ends. Threw it away! And it was over $13!!!! I got it at the drive through on Abriendo last night and I would have returned it but I was in a hurry to get to a meeting. Now remember why I have not been there in years!! I have had several issues with this location over the years. Most of which I feel like stem from poor to almost zero customer service. Wrong orders are a guarantee. Don’t bother placing the order ahead, it will still be wrong. Of course they will charge you for the more expensive item. Also don’t expect fast or fresh food and watch out for bad lettuce. Included are pictures of their idea of a “soft taco supreme”.

Last time we went there I ordered a Mexican Pizza, the shell tasted stale and old. My burritos look like rolled taquitos. This time my burritos we not skippy and food tasted pretty good. The Abriendo Taco Bell needs to do better. Every time I go thru Drive thru they forget an item. Today they forgot my drink. Tried calling and it just rang and rang then it hung up , which I'm positive they did it. Then tried calling back and all I get now is a busy signal. So CUSTOMER SERVICE sucks. At least act like you care Taco Bell employees. 🥴 Service: 1

Now its been twice where they forget food or give us the wrong food. Super excited that Mexican pizza is back but only for a limited time. I took a bite and there was hair in it. Employees also don't seem to listen to management. Took about 40 minutes to get our food. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Waited at drive thru for 20+ minutes (line didn’t move and we couldn’t get out). The person running the drive thru didn’t bother to take our order. Finally just drove up to the window to let them know we had an order. We got our order and two items were missing and the quality of the food was thrown together carelessly. Get it together. Greatly appreciates the flexibility of the staff to host a whole sports team for after match snacks. The self order station was a lifesaver for getting 17 hungry boys through the ordering process smoothly. Seemed like they all liked their food. Mine was the expected quality you find at a TB. Sad to see the prices have gone up, but the blame for that belongs with the higher powers doing such a bang up job controlling inflation.
