These don't deserve to be called burritos, more like Taquitos. They have hardly anything in them and aren't close to hot so the cheese is still solid in shredded form. The WORST Taco Bell I have ever been too! We waited 20 minutes inside for our food with maybe 3 people in there. After waiting for so long I got my crunch wrap that appeared to had been made HOURS BEFORE. It was falling apart before I could even get it out of the package and was so soggy on the inside. I came for the grande toasted breakfast burrito with bacon, eggs, and cheese. It’s one of my favorite things they have. I like that they have for or more salsa options. The “hot” probably has the best flavor without being overpowering. The “fire” is almost a “hot” with added chile powder, and it only goes up the scale with the “diablo” sauce that has a high chili 🌶️ powder content. Overall, the breakfast hits the spot. This place disappointed me out of all the times I’ve came. My overall experience was highly dissatisfied. For it to only be two cars in line my food should’ve been hot and right. My food was cold when it usually be warm or hot at least. Not one piece of my cheese was melted. Then they served me a half full drink as if it was the corner of what was left. This taco bell is hit or miss. I’ve had great customer service the last couple of times (prior rude for no reason per usual, including the manager) but today they were yet again rude and yet again messed up my order. WORST TACO BELL EVER. DO NOT GO HERE. Got almost 40 dollars worth of food and received maybe 15 dollars worth back. Ordered Supreme tacos for my workers and got little meat and lettuce(NOT WHAT ITS SUPPOSED TO BE). Ordered Crunchwrap Supreme and got NOTHING but lettuce and soggy tortilla layer in that. My powerbowl had very little rice and veggies on top. No black beans. The Mexican pizza we got wad the only thing worth something. Got nacho fries which tasted okay but not crispy and fresh. Requested sauce for my take out order, didn't get that(the sauce was not in the lobby to take either) I got tired of waiting. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

The food was cold and greasy and the service is horrible! The staff there are mean and hateful and they ignore everyone! Especially the one on 98 by Mayfair road! I do doordash as well and I try my very best not to accept Taco Bell orders unless they are really good ones! They make you wait and wait and they do not care! There is a manager there, she works mostly middays and nights and for a while she was gone. We thought she was gone for good and I tell you that we were all so happy! The whole mood of the restaurant was better and everyone didn't mind going there again! Now that she's back, it's right back to being mean and hateful and she's seriously told me that she hates doordashes! She needs to be fired because she is just so hateful, rude, mean, and evil!!
