Taco Bell is a quick way to get a bite for our family since this location is near our home. Today, however, I was extra disappointed. My soft taco only had about 1 tablespoon of meat. The taco shells were seemingly fresh and uncracked. I've had plenty of taco bell and the tacos might as well be parsley but at this location they were the main dish. Restaurant was clean and staff seem to have good chemistry. They're doing it right here.

I've been going there at least 3 to 4 times a week especially on there happy hour and now they're saying it's over at 4 and that it's always been that way .lmao them liers just heads up everyone it's over at 4 not 5 maybe theyll change there false advertising signing off crystal Service Take out Meal type Dinner

I had the same grilled stuffed beef burrito that I’ve ordered at numerous other Taco Bells and this is the first time that it was greasy and looked like it was microwaved (instead of pressed). When I bit into it their was no beef in any of the first couple of bites and when I opened it up it had hardly any beef in it at all. When I brought it to the counter I asked if I could get something else or replaced the manager just argued with me (she wasn’t wearing a nameplate but was a rude, black female). Thought i used the taco bell app to order ahead, while i was out andabout. APPARENTLY I took off to fast and did NOT confirm payment. When I arrived OBVIOUSLY (due to MY error) my order did not go through. Luckily the person at the window was patient and very understanding. I even had to pull my phone out to re-read my entire order (again due to MY own error). Not to mention it was SUPER fast service. Food was as ordered hot and fresh. It didn't seem very busy and yet it took several minutes to get our food. After receiving our order it was wrong. It was quickly fixed and extra items were given. The food arrived near room temperature, and the nacho fries were cold, cold. I'd recommend one of the other local bells before this one, but the convenient location won my business today . I'm the future I will most certainly travel across town to get my fourth meal. The place was clean, I have to give them that.

Had the worst experience that I've ever had in any establishment. The lobby was disgusting. The employees were so busy listening to music they couldnt hear me screaming for service. Mean while the supervisor(manager) refused to serve me 10 min before closing time and shood me out the door as if I was some sort of pest. Thanks for the worst ever experience Taco Bell. Way to treat a customer. This is the supervisor locking me out the door after the fact. Refused to give me her name and or another managers number.

If you are going to have people place their own order then maybe you should have the person who gives you your food should also ask if you received your drink. Had to ask the another person for it and she was very rude. Not my fault that I didn't get my drink. Maybe you should work on your customer service.
