Taco Bell is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. A number of guests mark that the atmosphere is cool here. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

I always liked this location until now. I walked up to the counter and the employee told me to order on the kiosk. I didn't have my glasses and I needed help. She refused to take my order and wished me a good day. So I left and went across the parking lot to El Paso restaurant spent 70 dollars and made it a great day. I DO NOT recommend this location anymore! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sheena is always very helpful every time we come to this location. I forgot to add that I wanted my burrito grilled and she was very attentive and grilled my burrito for me without even asking the name on the order. Mr Donnie is also always there and makes our food very well and hot and exactly how we order it. Love a place that is run well with great attitudes! Good place to grab a quick bite. Mall across the road and Home Depot in the area are other reason to stop by the area. The restaurant was clean inside and out. Not too busy and service was excellent. The location on Gause is little less friendly and I prefer this one over that one.

I placed a mobile order yesterday. Two burritos and a potato taco. One of the burritos which had potatoes tasted like old spice aftershave. So did the potato taco. Burrito tasted really bad and had a lime like after taste to it. I'm gonna try to avoid this location. Hope they didn't serve me spoiled food.

I can't even describe how terrible the service here was. I've eaten at many Taco Bells and this place has served some of the worst fast food I've ever eaten. We ordered 2 Mexican pizzas and 4 burritos, two of them without cheese. When we received our food after waiting nearly 20 minutes, which is way longer than most Taco Bells make that kind of order, the beans were as dry as a desert and all of the burritos had cheese, which we specifically asked not to have. I highly suggest you avoid this place as we will be doing as well!

I don't know if I'm stupid or what I keep telling myself I will never go back to this location but I do because it's by my house and it's convenient. So tonight I go and when they hand me my order of course it's missing items. I explain that to them and then they hand me another bag that is still missing items so after the third bag I count everything and I leave. Then when I get home I am so unimpressed with the food because of the fact everything is not how it usually comes and the amount of meat that usually comes on these items is less than half. So I call the store and ask to speak to the manager who tells me she is the manager and her name is Sierra not sure of the spelling maybe ciara. And I explain to her what happened. Very very very unimpressed with how she handled it being a manager myself. Then she got rude and told me she's too busy to talk to me. I will be doing everything in my power to make sure I get my money back. The Audacity Of it is when I mentioned a manager that used to work there that always had my order right and actually went above and beyond she said oh she was fired because the store was doing bad. And 100% ever since that girl left I have had a bad experience every single time. Do not go to this place unless you want to waste your time and money!!

Employees walking around ignoring us after we ordered on kiosks til it was time to make our order then act like we were wrong and gave an attitude because it wasn't paid for yet,, using cash not card...
