Manager/owner is discriminatory against disabled people. I had an interview scheduled before the new open and they left me waiting in the rain and snow, when I finally reached someone they hung up on me when I said I was disabled, and then refused to talk to me. Service: 1

Sorry about the low stars about my experience but the proportions were small and I felt the price was a little high other than that it was pretty good food I went at a very busy time most people were calling in orders and so they weren't able to take our orders when we walked in for like 15 minutes other than that it was okay thanks for listening. As much as I like to cut fast food workers a break, steer clear of this location. Every burrito had cold cheese and lukewarm meat. The grilled cheese burrito didn't even melt on the exterior. The food was put together sloppily, and it's obvious they just threw it in a box as fast as they could. They even forgot the sauce that they had explicitly confirmed with me before giving me my order. There was no one in line behind me, and I had ordered online about 8 minutes before arriving. There is zero excuse considering how simple basically every Taco Bell dish is to make. To top it off, I had to go thoroughly clean my passenger seat on my new car, because they gave me a box with smashed tomatoes all over one corner. As some of the other reviewers have stated, if I could give zero stars, I would. I was disgusted by how gross the interior was, the floor was filthy in a way that didn't happen in a short period of time. When you walk in, no one greets you at all. I waited for minutes for someone to acknowledge me or help me. I had placed my online order 10 mins prior and was picking it up. The workers are obsessed with the drive thru to the point of customer detriment. I stood and waited while several customers received their food before me, then multiple delivery drivers arrived after me, got their delivery and left. Then an older couple came in, took their time at the kiosk, ordered their food and received it before I even got mine. I watched what appeared to be a supervisor make my Mexican pizza, put what I specifically requested none of because of an allergy, thankfully not severe, on it then pull it off though some was on it still when I opened it. Watching the sloppy unhygienic way in which everything was made, it made my stomach turn. It was a waste of my hard earned money and after all this time, I will never ever be returning to Taco Bell again! Horrible service, paid for $50 worth of food and got home to fine they left out about $20 worth. Called about it and the girl laughed at me over the phone and refused to fix their mistake. Don’t waste your time or money. It’s comical that these people think they’re worth $15 an hour lol. Minimum skills equals minimal pay. Ridiculous. If I could post zero stars I would. At first I had been overcharged on my food, which I had pushed aside. However, once I received my food I was thoroughly dissatisfied. I had ordered a soft taco supreme and to my surprise it was a regular, oh well, I can look that over. Once I went to pick it up, I had realized it was soggy and melted on the inside- after only getting it less than 10 minutes before. After that, I moved on to my Crunchwrap supreme. Not only was it thin, it was also soggy, flimsy and not at all crunchy. I am very unhappy, and hope they take more time on their food since it was not even a busy time for them.

Employees can't seem to read the special instructions when someone says they don't want something on their food. 9 out of 10 times we have to go back and have part of the order recorrected because there's Sour Cream on a order that specifically asked for NO SOUR CREAM. Got a nacho’s grande with jalapeños and all the toppings then when I opened it it didn’t have anything on it it only had the chips, sauce and meat not guacamole, no tomatoes no jalapenos.
