We tried the vegan nacho cheese fries and cheese sauce. The fries were great, the "cheese" sauce was just like the regular sauce, tasted like canned cheese sauce. Between the 4 if us we couldn't tell the difference. Order fiesta burritos too, as usually this Taco Bell is cheap on their chips, guacamole,and sour cream compared to other locations. I even ordered an extra amount of the three. Three chip bits down at one end, less than a teaspoon of guacamole and sour cream ? It wasn't there. When we asked, the lady on the counter got mad and said it was there. Just skip this Taco Bell Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I love the beef crunchy tacos, I tried some of the new items, but I didn't like the chicken enchilada burrito. It's a rice and enchilada sauce burrito with a tiny bit of chicken. The loaded nachos were pretty good for the price. The sauce I'm not sure about, but I think I prefer nachos bell grande instead. I was forced to use their dirty kiosk (the screen was covered in grease) to place my order. The person before me was waited on at the counter and everyone after me ( 2 different people) were taken care of by the staff at the counter. We are frequent customers of taco Bell but rarely the one at this location. The person working the drive-thru window appeared to have a very hard time with English. Ordered a box of 12 tacos and a separate order had two tacos the two tacos were ordered without lettuce on them and as a result none of the tacos had lettuce on them. The one meal came with a drink, and tried to order a separate drink, when they arrived at the window the second drink was not there and the person at the window told them that the tacos did not come with a drink and they explained that ordered it separately but did not get it. We also did not receive a receipt so we don't know even if we paid for the drink that we did not get. Without the lettuce these tacos are very sad.

Ordered a Mexican pizza it came out looking like this! There’s a hole in the pizza and the cheese is not melted . So much sauce it just was to soggy to eat. This is not my first time with food quality issues at this location. The food at this location will make you sick!! Health inspector definitely needs to check this location. TB Management, My wife picked up our dinner at your League City, Texas location at 2660 E. League City pkwy (034701) on 12/03 at roughly 18:00 hours. The order consisted of two of your combo #1 (3 crunchy taco supremes) and one additional beef burrito supreme. This meal had to be pre-cooked for some time, something one should know is impossible with crunchy tacos. No sour cream and tomatoes and the entire bottoms of all 6 tacos were grease sogged and had to be eaten with a fork. When I opened the burrito to add sauce, the consistency was soupy with little to no beef and no refried beans, just soup. We will be fortunate if both of us don’t get very ill from this visit. If senior management is requiring this type of preparation with terrible contents then shame on TB. This location needs to be investigated by region management impromptu to see what the hell is going on. As for the service, it is a joke too how ignorant and non chalant your hired help are at this location. Professional? Please, you have to care to be a professional. This supervisor or manager and the owner of this franchise needs to be warned and put on notice. Chick fil A uses the same youth and has very few issues. Current rating, like the new staffs. Last year rating Everyone should be fired, fire the manager is highly recommended.🔥🔥🔥🔥 I ordered 18 items for to go with 4 different kind of Tacos and they ran out 4 items, I told them to give me whatever to replace those missing Tocas. When I arrived home I only have 12 items. This is not acceptable. I giving -5 stars. Everyone do not order taco here, terrible service. I try to call them to complain no body answer the phone. I'm not asking to return my money, just please improve the service.

I can't stand the fact that so many fast food restaurants are making the customers use the keyosks to place orders ...it's not an option in some...people are losing communication skills too much as it is, now the corporate brains are still charging the same for work, I now have to do...I will NOT be returning I promise you this. If I could give none I would! Showed up at 11:30pm. Waited at speaker for 5min with no response. Pulled up to drive through and honked. Still no response. Pull up to see 4 employees on their phones with headsets on ignoring customers. (As shown in photos) Hours state that they are open until 3am. This is ridiculous.
