If you like the Mexican cuisine, you should visit this fast food. Clients can have nicely cooked tacos, chicken and steaks at Taco Bell. Guests don't like lemonade at this place. Many visitors suppose that employees are terrific here. The quiet atmosphere will be really just what you need after a hard working week. The service is a ok not great. Had placed mobile order and had mentioned for sauce they missed it. The place is situated close to Walmart so ideally shop and eat there makes sense. The food was also ok.That is why less ranking on food. The place can make an effort to improve the food quality and service. The parking on site is next to Walmart so if the place is crowded folks can park and walk across. Had placed order on the app so the pick up was fast. Suggest to have the app order to get things done faster. But the flip side is they might miss some thing. We ordered our food through the app for pick up in the drive thru and I spent 25 minutes waiting for my food. Was asked multiple times if I was someone else and every time I gave them my name they just kept saying “oh yeah” and it’s on another line apart from the drive thru. Meanwhile I’ve seen 15 cars order and leave. And have been asked if I’m 3 different online orders. Trash service and when I pulled up 5 employees were just outside hanging out. Ms Hailey and the crew at this Taco Bell location are AWESOME. I have been to so many Taco Bell locations in and around Houston, this one is great and it’s the staff. I appreciate Ms Hailey and everyone working the late night shift at this Taco Bell. They prepare your food with love and care, it’s not just thrown together. Try this location if you are in the area. I absolutely love this Taco Bell. Restrooms are always clean, staff is extremely friendly. They have helped me time after time. As I was homeless, they gave me food and drinks and was very nice about it. This place will be in my heart and prayers forever. The food is always hot and the staff members have a heart of gold. Don’t order a mobile order. They completely ignore you, only take care of the drive through. Edit: Guy tried to order after me, they told him to use the kiosk. Edit2: Guy came in after the previous and said he was waiting 20 minutes at the drive through he ended up canceling his order because they couldn’t figure out what to do. It should not take 15 minutes to receive two bean burritos with no customization with only 3 people before me. I guess I shouldn't complain too loudly because I received my order before they did, and they were there before me, which upset them, and rightly so! The burritos were cold. I ordered them to go at the kiosk and indicated "to go." He had them in a tray and seemed upset that I said they were to go. After waiting for 10 minutes, I peeked at the staff, and they ALL working at a snail's pace! The fact that we were only allowed to order at the kiosk is ridiculous! C'mon, Taco Bell. This location never gets my order right. They take forever to make anything and then give it to you wrong every time. Yea, they are nice people but that has nothing to do with consistently getting it wrong. I’m never going back here. We waited while the people in front of us finished placing their order. Then the employee just walked away like we weren’t there. After 4 minutes, she came over to tell us to use kiosk, and if we had to pay cash it would tell us to go to counter. After receiving food, we had to go ask for our cup, and the sauce on enchiritos. At that point, the employee walked off talking about us while getting them. The homeless man who lives in his car in parking lot came in, and the same girl who ignored us yelled “Hi Bob” and gave him a free drink. There are 2 people living in cars, one in parking lot that has been there for at least a month, and the other in adjacent lot. A different homeless man was inside going through dining room trash repeatedly and smoking in front of door. We were there during dinner hours. This used to be my favorite Taco Bell, but third time is a charm- I’m over this one. Definitely posting on google reviews, social media, and telling everyone we know

This place literally sucks. I spend almost 30-40 dollars every time I come here, they are the slowest place I have ever been too, they are always messing up my order, always forgetting to put my food that I pay for in the bag.
