Mexican and Vegetarian cuisines under the direction of the talented chef are great here. A number of reviewers have noticed that you can order good tacos and tasty nacho chips here. A lot of people find that the staff is knowledgeable at this fast food. Spectacular service is something guests like here. You are to be pleasantly impressed with fair prices at Taco Bell. As clients see it, the atmosphere is lovely here. But google users rated this place and it didn't get a high rating.

This is hands down the worst Taco Bell. Always forgetting things, burning food, dropping food on the floor. You would probably be better off going to the one on Crooks Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Staff was young immature and rude!... All of my food was intentionally smashed and shook up.... They put a hole in the bottom of the bag, so when I got out of the car, all my food fell out. The kid working at the window asked me not to come back, all bcuz I told him he had forgotten my drinks. Then he closed the drive thru window and refused to return and open it to see what we needed. They didn't give us forks, sauce, napkins, straws, or my RECEIPT! $25+ bucks, down the drain! We honked the horn a few times and waited at least 7/10 minutes for someone to come back to the window. Several staff walked past and just looked at us laughing about it!! I was so appalled at the service I received in my hometown... The city of Rochester.... This taco Bell should be ashamed having employees like this working for them! Check out the photos of my food below!! This is no joke... this is what they gave me!! Horrible service, food & experience! ***Update... I live less than a mile from this Taco Bell, but I'd rather drive 3 miles up the road than go to this restaurant ever again! My husband spent an hour in line to get cold food. Half of my order was missing (3 items). Drove back after calling to get what I was missing. Waited almost another hour in line. Asked for a refund since I wasted almost two hours trying to get food but was only given $10 since I took one bite of the food (it was so cold and hard, it was basically inedible). This Taco Bell is awful and clearly management needs to be trained on customer service skills. I wasted $30 to throw it all in the trash. As Taco Bell goes, this location at Livernois and Walton offers better quality food and better service than most. The burritos were fresh and well prepared. #2 soft tacos recieved with no cheese and sloppy also a steak chalupa came with no lettuce after spending 17 dollars you'd like to recieve at least what you pay for. Being in the food industry I shared my experience with the one that called herself the manager and recieved rude customer service telling me to drive back up a 14 min away trip and she would have it remade "other then that there is nothing else that I can do" wasn't looking for a free meal or a hand out probably would forget that I have a credit if they went that way. Very disappointed in the response from so called manager and not thrilled with getting skimpy tacos. Boycott this location its not taco bell that's the problem it's this individual store. I went through the drive thru this evening and realized when I got home that they had forgotten my Mexican pizza!! I called up to the store and talked to Rob! He was so nice and offered for me to come back or if I couldn’t I could get it the next time! I went back to get a little later and Rob was more than helpful. I appreciate his kindness and wanting to make things right! Give this guy a raise would ya?? Thank you Rob!! If you’re looking to have a few laughs with some high people this is your place. If you actually want some any type of quality when it comes to your food and customer service stay away from this place. Given them multiple chances and we’ve had every issue from them saying your order was already made to it magically never been in the system to food poisoning. Horrible service. Pulled up to the drive thru at night. Nobody ahead of us in line. We were told that they were only taking online orders made ahead of time. If you can't cover the demands (again no one ahead of us in the line) at that time of night without a 15 minute warning, then you should probably just close up shop for the night and not make people stand at the window that late just to tell customers they aren't going to get served. Not a good Taco Bell. Normally just very slow, but the food is getting worse. Chalupa shell tasted rancid, change the fryer oil. Pepsi was pure syrup, gross. It is impossible to get the order made right at this Taco Bell. I’ve gone 3 separate times and every time there’s something made wrong, not cooked enough, or missing. By far the biggest bunch of clowns I’ve ever seen making food. If you want it made right just go to the Taco Bell on Rochester road by target instead of this one.
