I ordered a chicken quesadilla combo with a chicken chipotle melt on the side. The chicken chipotle melt was cold with shredded cheese, obviously not melted. My quesadilla was not cut. I just want to know why would anyone serve this even after knowing it looked like this. My entire car smells burnt front this. My whole meal is burnt. Y’all can’t expect someone to spend they hard earned money on burnt lunch. 10 out of 10 for do not recommend! Go to Wendy’s next door. Went about a week ago after placing about a $20 order on the app. I arrived at around 7:30 pm and there was no line......Awesome! Then I waited at the speaker for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer so I could let them know about my app order. They never showed......Not Awesome! Drove up to the first window and there wasn't an employee in sight. Drove to the front of the restaurant and could see from the front of the store to the back through the glass window. I didn't see a single person in the kitchen or dining area. All the lights were on though......ridiculous. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I love Taco Bell 🌮 but I’m not understanding why we are closing the doors for dine-in at 7pm!! when you are supposed to close at 10pm ????? I made it in with my family at 6:50 the manager locked the doors after we came in not to mention I asked for Hot sauce and he gave me this load of sauce 🤣 I just laughed knowing he was being sarcastic it’s just not worth getting mad over. I just don’t understand this generation not wanting to work and if you ask for something they respond with sarcasm like in photo below……Also they had 3 other customers try to come in to eat while we were there so the the owner’s are losing business .

If I could give zero stars on customer service I would. Stopped here with my kids to go through drive thru, but my 4 year old needed to used the rest room, so I had to bring my kids in to use the rest room and was yelled at and caught with attitude about a safety hazard (due to two workers) to let a toddler use the rest room bc of “things going on in America and he didn’t know if I was there to plant a bomb”. Firstly, that’s not even a light hearted thing to say to someone. Secondly, we weren’t even trying to eat in or order inside, because we had all intentions of still ordering in the drive thru, but this gentleman talked over me and rushed me out to lock the door and it wasn’t even 8pm..

Took an hour to get our order! Inside the place! It's absolutely ridiculous! Waited patiently, finally asked after 45 minutes, and they started being rude . Never again . One in ten times night shift will get your order right, doors locked assuming by 8 so you have to wait in the drive-thru again. Oh but wait, they never gave you a receipt. Pull up to the front door for your order and wait 20 minutes and still missing food? Go 5 minutes west and hit the main Olive branch location, they may be a little slow but are polite and get everything right so far Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Employees decide to take up disabled parking when they have a full parking lot to themselves that’s always empty. Very selfish. Even when only one of them are parked in one of the two available spots, they park in the middle so even if someone were to come they cannot use the ramp for wheelchair.
