My order was missing 3 items and what I did receive was gross. All 12 tacos were broken and soggy. We ended up throwing everything away because the meat didn’t look right. The tacos looked old. I knew this was a bad idea when the lobby was a disaster. I realize this is a fast food place but there is no need for the food to look old and to be scared to eat it. This will be the last time. I came through the drive-through and ordered two number six combos said Could I Substitute them with steak instead she said yes. So I get my order I get home and there is 2 Steak ones and two chicken ones. I don’t get it when I say can to have steak why do you add two of them with chicken?? Just as bad as the auburn store you can get any orders right ! Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1

We have been to this location on several occasions each time the food is either wrong or the burritos are empty. The kitchen floor is disgusting and there is always some employee smoking pot in the shed by the drive thru. “Supreme” Crunchwrap… not worth it for basically a quesadilla with a soggy center and barely anything to make it “Supreme”. Also love how my boyfriend didn’t get a receipt so it could be SORTED! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1

Just do everyone a favor and close this joint down. We walk into the dirty lobby and it is a ghost town. Behind the counter was a disaster. There were 2 customers in the whole place and now we know why. We stood there, but there were no employees to be seen or heard. After seeing the KFC food in the back (we were there for Taco Bell), I'm thankful we didn't get any food from here. Gross. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The shrunk down "Power Bowl" consists of 0.30¢ of rice, 0.50¢ of sinewy beef, 0.40¢ of lettuce, 0.20¢ of shredded cheddar, a table spoon of sour cream and a table spoon of avocado paste. Biggest ripoff ever. Go local, screw the bell.

Staff was very kind and cheery even when me and my sports team showed up at 9 last night Cashier helped me and my sister save about $10 by turning our order into a meal when my sister ordered mashed potatoes. The cook gave me and my sister two biscuits for free because he said I was nice. We had to wait a little long for our food but they did just experience a power outage and had to reset the friers. Other than that, not much to complain about. The place was clean and staff was nice and the food tasted great, would recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very stale. The corn shell in the middle of the crunchwrsp didn't crunch at all, it just bent.

Today I went to Taco Bell this is the second time that I purchased a dozen tacos 6 hard tacos 6 soft tacos! And both times the hard tacos was softer than the soft tacos and the soft tacos was harder then the hard tacos! Soggy and dripping right through the paper the hard tacos were! And the soft what's so hard that it didn't get the paper soggy! And at first they wanted $29 for a dozen tacos! I said wait a minute the sign says $18.95 for 12 Supreme tacos! Then I said you better bring it down to the right price or I don't want them not at $29! Then when I get my tacos all soggy and dripping no sour cream and no tomatoes they are supposed to be Supreme! Wow they can't get nothing right over there! I will never ever go there again!

THE WORST. just went 11/3/22 At 9PM. Two girls working, being really loud complaining. The one who was making my food was literally eating pieces of it while making it. Everything was cold, and just really bad. I’m so disappointed and i honestly want to cry that i even spent 30 dollars here. Like that’s hours of work i spent just to get some dirty touched food by workers who are rude to me and mess up the food lol
