I placed an online order tonight. It took them almost 1 1/2 hrs to fill my order and then once I did finally get it half of it was wrong and my husband's burrito was half the size it usually is also his potatoes were still hard (way undercooked). We got to the restaurant at 10:00pm. We looked it up and it said they had dine-in open til 12:00am. We went in and ordered, then sat down to wait for our food. A woman that I assume was the manager came over and told us we had to leave by 10:15pm. When we ask if we can eat really quick she told us we had to be out by 10:15 no later. Ordered the Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito and it was quite good, they actually put the ingredients evenly down the entire burrito so every bite was perfect! My dad ordered the Cravings Box and was easily able to substitute the beef for chicken in all of it since he can't have beef. He was also happy with his meal. Friendly staff and clean lobby. I couldn't find my debit card last night and I had been frantically searching for it the whole time i was waiting in the line until I got up to the window and after I asked the lady at the window of they could hold my burrito for a few minutes so I could go park and try to find it she had told me to wait just a sec and when she came back she hah advised me she paid for it and handed me my burrito. Very fast and friendliness was okay, but the food was lacking, especially for the price! $5.00 for grilled cheese fries, it was basically a pile of fries, no real sauce, just a small clump of cheese in one spot. Basically it looks like it fell and someone picked it up and put it in the bag. I'm hoping that's not the case! That would be 🤮 but it's what it looked like. No care for a job well done, that's obvious! The worker was nice enough but distracted, however we got everything we ordered and there was a good amount of napkins and sauce packets in the bag! The man that took our order, Frank. He was super friendly and provided some of the best customer service I've seen in years. He was patient with us (took us roughly 3 minutes to order) and was making us laugh while we were ordering. Good job Frank! Always forgetting items. You take in account is it worth the drive for the chips and queso & fiesta cheesy potatoes? When they aren’t busy you’d expect them to remember everything. I never thought about leaving one of these reviews until today. I come here at least five times a week and I do spend at least 20+ dollars a visit. This was my first Time being unsatisfied, I normally don’t order supreme versions of stuff, but since the double-decker taco came back, I definitely had to get it so I ordered it and didn’t come right this was not supreme This was actually the mild version They forgot to add the supreme I got the double-decker mild.
