This fast food offers you great dishes of Mexican cuisine. Ordering nicely cooked nacho chips, taco salads and mexican pizza is a nice experience here. Taco Bell is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Low prices are something that should be said about this place. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is enjoyable. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Food is always incorrect or missing items and they refuse the answer the phone to correct issues. Worst store I have ever been too, need new management. We will not be going back. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Got some of the cheezy potatoes and also a soft taco with potatoes on it. I've done the same order at other taco bells and it was great. On this one they tasted hours old no joke it was absolutely horrible. Never eating here again Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Order was made wrong and “ASSISTANT MANAGER BRANDY” NEVER ASKED FOR THE ORDER TO BE REMADE!!!! 15 mins passed by without food. Brandy alleged that they don’t fry the chalupas anymore so therefore a soggy bread wrap is what you get according to HER…. The front desk guy named MIKE was very helpful and nice. THIS TACO BELL SHOULD PROMOTE MIKE IF ANYTHING.. Food: 1 Service: 4

Over the past two years my visits to Taco Bell has diminished. Unfortunately this will be my final order. 40% of my order was wrong. The super Tacos as well as the burrito supreme was a horrible soupy sloppy mess. I'm sure this is due to the quality of the ingredients that they buy. Half the contents of my burrito supreme ran down my arm. Taco Bell used to be a great GREAT restaurant, unfortunately they worry more about quantity instead of quality. I must part ways with Taco Bell. They can no longer make a good product. I truly hope somebody from upper management sees this post but I strongly doubt it. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We went thru the drive thru and was placing an order & the lady kept interrupting us. Got home was missing food, called to try to resolve it for a future order and the shift manager was rude blamed all the problems on staff with mental issues. After asking if we could get a $4.00 credit for a future order she hung up on us. The taco wrappers had so much condensation in them the taco shells were mushy. I was very unhappy with my trip 11/9 around 10:30pm or so.. food was cold and mehh.. barely any potato's on the taco.. the employees were very unprofessional.. complaining about customers and employees while I was in the dinning room and dropping multiple F bombs that was very unprofessional and uncalled for.. y'all need to get your act together and be professional when you have customers that can hear you! I ordered on the inside kiosk. Been sitting here over 30 minutes waiting for a 2 item order. There's only 4 people in here and 2 are Door Dashers waiting for orders. 26+ cars have gone through the drive thru and gotten their food and gone. Burrito supreme tortilla was grilled before it was filled and rolled. Absolutely gross. Totally disappointed in this location. Nothing about it was good. I went in to avoid drive thru and waited about 4 mins for someone to take my order after an employee was coming in for their shift stating that someone would be right with me. Then the girl that took my order said they just made the fries fresh so they should be good. Then I watch 11 cars go through the drive thru and another patron came in and ordered and was handed his food before mine. At this point it had been 15 minutes before someone walked back to the counter and asked if I had been helped. Then I started yes and I ordered 15 minutes ago. She asked what I ordered and I told her and then I asked if the bag behind the shelves was my order and she said yes. It has been sitting there for about 8 minutes. Now my food is cold and the cheese is hard. I had to get back to work since I went to a "fast food" restaurant I didn't think I would be gone for 20 minutes. Get yourselves together because I wouldn't hire anyone I interacted with today! Worst service in a long time! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Crappiest Taco Bell we’ve ever been to. They added cheese on my bowl even though I said no cheese and it says so on the ticket. Also, no fork so I improvised. They didn’t add nacho cheese to my husbands burrito even though it says so on the ticket. Food wasn’t fresh either, disappointing. The worker was nice though. Great service! Good food. This location may not participate in all promotions. $5 boxes may be $6 and so on and so forth. Breakfast is the best time to come here, with a very fast and efficient drive through experience. One of the best fast food choices available to Neosho.
